Poor communication
I do feel like they do good work. However, when it had been several hours after dropping my car off and I hadn’t heard anything, I called. They said my car had been done/ready for ~ 30 minutes and they had texted. Neither myself nor the other number listed had received a text. I was so glad I called. Not sure if others had had issues with the text/communication, but I recommend requesting a call when your vehicle is done!

Roopair is Awesome
Love Roopair. You make your appointment, you show up at that time, they take your car, they tell you how long it’ll be and it’ll be done in that specific amount of time. No waiting around and always friendly and pleasant. Loaner car was great. We have never had a bad experience.

Always a very dependably and great customer service.
Have a 2003 Subaru with 278,000 miles on it. Roopair does excellent work and I can trust the prices and the quality of their work. Never get the runaround. Customer service is also good. I'm going for 300,000 miles and maybe 400,000. I drive about 1 hour to get to this garage. It's well worth it.
I also have 2010 Subaru with 180,000 miles. Their knowledge of these cars is top notch. Excellent mechanics.

Great Service as always
My check engine light ended up being nothing at all, so I got an oil change since I was almost due then already there. I swear on my car is running better than ever and it's a 2002. I'm hoping I can make it last till I stop driving. With Roopair I'm pretty sure I'll make it.

We were part of the 1% with a Subaru engine failure.
We had a catastrophic engine failure on the freeway north of Seattle. After towing the car to Roopair on a Sunday, Josh and his crew fixed my wife’s Outback by Friday the same week. Josh also provides marriage counseling in the lobby if needed.

Wow! They "Newified" my car!
After years of driving only on the freeway, I have recently had to provide for my aging mother. Between working, living, and caring for mom, I started driving Tacoma surface roads more frequently, essentially driving my poor Sub into the ground, trip-by-trip. The Roopair crew caught all of the wear just in time to reverse entropy! They should teach physics!

2002 Forester
Roopair has taken excellent care of my Forester since I bought it new in 2002-all 194K miles! I expect to get another hundred thousand miles with their continued care and service. They are professional and friendly.

Quick in and out service.
Just an oil change, but I trust the folks there. I bring my car from Seattle to have them work on my car.
