So happy...
...to be able to keep this car on the road. 2009 SAAB shouldn't have needed a new frame but mine did and Roundel stepped up to the challenge. Multiple fixes and super resourcing by a team dedicated to integrity and excellence of service is a SAAB owner's dream!

So great to find people who work on Mercedes on the Cape! Everyone I spoke to was so helpful and easy and efficient. I received updates quickly and clearly. I highly recommend Roundel:)

Great service as usual.
Every time I would call with a problem they were quick to get the problem solved no matter how big the issue was. Great communication from first call to finished product, couldn't recommend them more.

Great experience
First time visit, won’t be my last. Routine maintenance on my 2018 BMW, everyone was friendly and they clearly went over all work to be done and gave me the price. Work done quickly and everything seems to be running smoothly. Beautiful new very clean building. My new place to get whatever my car needs. Happy I found them.

Trunk leak
I am so impressed! I had emailed my problem, the owner got back to me within minutes. Told me they could fix the problem within a couple of days. Got a call in a day! And the price is so reasonable. I am super happy. I would recommend to anyone. 10 stars

Professional - On time - Communication - No nonsense
In a time when people do not do what they say, don't operate professionally, don't follow up, and service is far from their goal, Roundel does all of these very well. They follow up when you are due for the next service, everything is on-line, fair prices........the way is should be.

Repair under warranty
RMW services multiple vehicles for our family. My daughter’s vehicle had extensive work done on the cooling system last spring, so we were surprised to discover coolant leaking this winter. When I called in the afternoon, Rich was able to schedule us for the following day. A defective part was discovered and the RMW techs replaced it and had the vehicle ready to go in less than a day! Better yet, the entire project was covered under warranty. Of course, we are very pleased - and also quite certain we wouldn’t have received that level of service from any dealer. Roundel rocks!

From a Long Time Customer
Roundel Motor Werks is the place you want to go if you If you own a BMW, Mini or any car for that matter. They are extremely fair and they don't charge you for items unless you definitely needs replacement. I cannot say enough about Roundel Motor Werks that hasn't already been said, except this is the place that will always be fair and never, ever charge or do work that does not need to be done. Thank you Pat, James and Rich. I am very grateful.
