Broken Mirror
We started to take our fleet vehicles here for about 2 months or so. The mechanics apparently forgot how big their bays are because they backed the Big Bosses truck out without folding in his mirrors. This incident happened on 12/12/21, today is 2/21/22 and they have not reimbursed him for his $1400.00 mirror. The whole situation has been a joke and a horrible way to conduct a business. I would not recommend taking your vehicle here for repairs unless you want a headache on your hands if they happen to break something on your vehicle.
3 months later and not as much as a phone call to make things right.
DONT TRUST THEM WITH YOUR VEHICLE

Route 60 Garage real name is BJT. I would know because I had to take them to court for maintenance malpractice and stealing.
I caught these gentlemen stealing at least three times. I wish I could say that it was just middle management but it's at the top as well. They lied about what size brakes they installed on my car in order to charge me for the larger brakes. Then, they installed them wrong! That's how I found out the what size they installed. Not to mention they "glued" bolts onto Brake Rotor.
They improperly installed my radiator then told me they would replace it. Instead of replacing it, they attempted to repair it and it started to leak in the same place as before then in court the owner blamed it on the technician?!

Valrico Don’t Be Fooled!
This shop is completely UNPROFESSIONAL they told me my car was ready for pick up two days after I drop it off with no update at ALL. Then when I come in to pay the full amount he claims i “shouldn’t drive too far”..I literally Pay these SCAM ARTISTS and drive my car less than 2 miles down the road to my house so I can get ready for work. I get back into my car and it doesn’t start AT ALL! I was very displeased and the A**hole CSR NEVER offered a refund until the BOSS had to come..very displeased as customer.
The mechanics and the owner at Route 60 Garage were quick to help me resolve the issue with my daughter's brakes. They brought me back to show me and explain to me what the problem was. Then my daughter's car was quickly worked on. My wait time was minimal! Route 60 Garage's staff were friendly, honest, and trustworthy; and I know I've found my new local garage for any future car repairs! I will definitely use them again; and will surely recommend them to my friends!

Great customer service, honest!
Route 60 has been so good to my family that I ended up asking my company to start using them for our fleet. They were already an approved vendor with our Fleet Mgmt company. I brought in one of the company trucks that had a check engine light on, they fixed same day and it was very inexpensive.

I was grateful to find your Oma w when I needed it the most. The ser ice person at the desk was always ready to help, keep me updated, and answer any questions. He needs a raise. Hate to leave you but had to move to Atlanta to help my 90 year old parents.

When we went to the Garage to check and see if an appointment we made on-line went through we were told "there is a problem with the web site" however they wrote down on the calendar the appointment. Great! When we showed up for the appointment the bays in the garage were full. We were told it may be a little bit before they could get us in. (oh great). He asked us to sit while he checked to see how long. With in a few mins. he said he could fit us in in a few more mins. Ok. We waited. Before we knew it we saw it up on the lift! They were very nice in accommodating us. They did realize we had made the appointment and did what they could to make sure we were taken care of relatively close to our appointed time. Thank You to your wonderful customer service! I look forward to being a continuing customer!

Auto repairs are often pricy but Route 60 Garage at least instills me with confidence that the right work -- that which will actually fix the problem I've been experiencing -- has now been performed ... and performed well. They let me know what repairs are needed and in what order so I can choose to authorize those that are currently critical and then make future plans to later authorize additional work that can wait for now. I appreciate the clean, comfortable waiting area and especially appreciate the large window through which I can watch the work being performed. So far, all the work they've done for my family's three vehicles have been well done.
i was moving out of state... They checked the entire vehicle to make sure everything was working properly, they even took me and my dog back to the hotel and picked me up when my car was ready!!

Within 2 hours, I had received a phone call from the technician, explaining my options and costs for service. He immediately provided me with an itemized estimate via email and advised what items he thought were priority - without pressuring me into selecting the items that I could not afford. My vehicle was ready before the end of the day and I was greeted with a handshake and thorough explanation of the warranties.
