Just always have a positive experience when I need service. Sierra is wonderful and is always so helpful. I drive the extra distance because of this, I have a dealer 3 miles from my house.

Oil Change went well
This was my first time having my new car serviced. Jake the service representative that was assigned to me was fantastic. He explained the process to me and personally came to the customer waiting area to get me when the job was completed. The whole process went quickly.

Paolo De Sousa
I have been servicing my car at Sansone Hyundai for the past 4 years since I purchased it there. I have never had a bad experience but working with Paolo has been super super excellent. Paolo made me at ease and assured me that things will be taken care of and they did. His patience and calmness appeased my worries, he kept me up to date at every step from checking point, what was needed, ordering parts, cost of service until the car was ready to be picked up. He offered ride services and rental car. Today when I picked up the car it was washed and cleaned. Hyundai Samson’s has a very good employee named Paolo that will keep me coming for service for great attitude is hard to find nowadays. I am very grateful that he was the one available to help me the day that I came in. I’m due to come back in March I will no hesitate to ask for him. Thank you Paolo and stay blessed.

First service
I brought my new 2024 Kona in for routine maintenance.
Oil change, Oil filter, Tire rotation.
I also had a problem with the sun roof.
The writers came to me immediately, and I told her what I came in for.
I was called when my vehicle was completed.
The sun roof was working perfectly, and I was told what was wrong.
One thing that I was completely surprised about was my tire pressure was correct after rotation.
After all my years at different dealers never had I had the pressure correct.

Rear collision sensor error-warning light. BTW, known 2021 Kona issue.
$230.00 to tell me that I need a calibration for a rear collision sensor. Calibration $1,000.00. I declined the service. My daughter lives in Boston. Took the car to Framingham Hyundai. Calibration and labor, $250.00. Sansone also said brakes were needed front and back. 36K miles. Quoted $1,400.00 for brakes. WOW. STAY AWAY.

Getting my car checked out before a trip
I brought my car into the service department because I was hearing a persistent noise, and wanted to get it checked out before making a long trip on Thanksgiving. My service advisor, Antonio Toro, managed to get me a quick appointment. Working with his technician, Tahir, the source off the noise was corrected quickly and efficiently. Tahir also found a critical brake problem and that too was fixed in time for me to drive to my Thanksgiving celebration without worry.

I dealt with Jenny when I arrived to get my car serviced, she was awesome.
I went in for an oil change and tire rotation, after they were finished Jenny told me I needed a few more things serviced I told her I could not afford it right now. She said no worries we will do one service at a time she scheduled in 2 weeks a wheel alignment that was the most important she said, then another service she will schedule. I was not pressured at all which was nice.
