Wonderful staff!
Just signed a 3 year lease for the 2025 Venue. Our salesman Troy and the manager Eric were so helpful! Kind, knowledgeable, and professional from start to finish. We went to several different dealerships prior who couldn’t even tell us the breakdown of down payments etc and had to go running back to their manager with questions. At other places we were left waiting around for 10-20 minutes for a salesmen to acknowledge us, but Troy greeted us opening the door with a smile and a firm handshake. He seamlessly explained the specs of the car and walked us through the lease process from negotiating to getting the car ready to drive off the lot. I would have never known he’s been working there for less than a year! Going to dealerships can be a headache, but the Sansone team made it virtually stress-free. Will definitely be back for my next lease!!!

Not professional in attitude.
I took the car to check the volume button because I used to get stuck and they took them two hours just to tell me that they have to order a part, in this is just to check the volume button. Imagine if I have to do an oil change or something else. And they had my car parked in front of the garage running for 30 minutes and nobody inside.

Sansone Auto Group did the right thing.
My son and I purchase a certified pre-owned 2022 Hyundai Tuscan on July 15, 2024. During the courtesy oil and filter change in January 2024, the service technician indicated that all four tires needed to be replaced. Instead of reacting, a second opinion was sought that confirmed the tire tread was deteriorating or wearing. Noting that the vehicle mileages at purchase was approx. 23,000 miles and had approx. 27,600 miles in January, plus quality tires should last 50,000 to 60,000 miles assuming normal driving conditions, the tire condition seemed abnormal. Another fact was the second opinion revealed the tire’s manufacturing date in 2020, which also does not seem proper. Upon contacting Sales Manager, Operations Manager and Service, another set of tires were installed and aligned at no cost.

Sierra was Very personal prompt and informative andfriendly
It was a very good experience I was told everything that was done even before it was listed and the report was good in terms of how the car was functioning. Sierra took care of me she was very friendly informative and totally accessible which I thought was a very nice way of treating a customer. Don't ever let her go she is a tremendous asset to Hyundai and she's worth the extra toll that I pay rather than using a local dealership near my house in Staten Island

I took my car for a service at Sansone Hyundai and asked if they can finished early and so I can take my son to his class in Saturday morning. Everything went well and on time and I am very thankful to service staff.

Oil Change went well
This was my first time having my new car serviced. Jake the service representative that was assigned to me was fantastic. He explained the process to me and personally came to the customer waiting area to get me when the job was completed. The whole process went quickly.

I have been servicing my car at Sansone Hyundai for the past 4 years since I purchased it there. I have never had a bad experience but working with Paolo has been super super excellent. Paolo made me at ease and assured me that things will be taken care of and they did. His patience and calmness appeased my worries, he kept me up to date at every step from checking point, what was needed, ordering parts, cost of service until the car was ready to be picked up. He offered ride services and rental car. Today when I picked up the car it was washed and cleaned. Hyundai Samson’s has a very good employee named Paolo that will keep me coming for service for great attitude is hard to find nowadays. I am very grateful that he was the one available to help me the day that I came in. I’m due to come back in March I will no hesitate to ask for him. Thank you Paolo and stay blessed.
