This place sucks and I cant recommend against it enough (would give zero stars if it was possible). I took my car there for a very specific noise and gave the owner how to recreate it and where it appeared the noise was coming from. He told me it was something that didn't at all sound like the problem I told him, but I trusted his "professional" judgement. Low and behold, after paying for what he told me what was causing the noise, the noise was still there and I was able to recreate it in less that two blocks of driving.
I went back and had to convince him to get in the car with me so I could show him the noise I had originally described. He immediately had his mechanics look at it and fixed it in 5 minutes.
Here we have the go-to move for terrible mechanics who take advantage of people and fix something completely unrelated to the original reason you took your car in. something that should've been a $30 diagnostic and quick adjustment of something on the brakes turned into an almost $600 bill.
ON TOP OF THAT, my car was unlocked when I got into it and my phone charger and phone mount were gone. So not only is the owner a grade A scammer, he and his employees cant even do the most basic acts like lock their customers cars!
TLDR: they'll fix the wrong thing and cost you lots of unnecessary money and they aren't even competent enough to lock car doors.
Zero out of five stars and I will only look at this place in disgust when I drive by.

Deceptive practices
I identified several problems (a/c not working; passenger electric window not working) & asked for an estimate of repairs. The Manager said he could do it tomorrow morning. Never did he say there would be a charge to give me an estimate. I dropped the car off before hours, left the key. The Manager called me 2+ hours later, said the a/c compressor needed replacement + gas, so about $980. Oil change too. He said the driver's side window switch needed replacement but never gave me a price - never wrote anything on the estimate/bill form either. I said I needed to think about it as a thousand dollars is a lot to spend at one time, plus it's an old car (2003). He said just pay me the diagnostic fee of $49.95 & we'll be OK. I asked "what fee"? He said "we charge to give estimates". I said "you never told me that - if I had known that I would not have left the car". He said we always charge for the diagnostic, & the total is $55.30. I told him I'm coming over to get my car. When I arrived at the shop, there was a sign with a bunch of rules on it, with the last one at the bottom - very inconspicuously - stating "minimum diagnostic fee $49.95". Again, he never told me this, never pointed to the sign & said that was our fee, I never verbally authorized the fee, & I never signed anything authorizing the fee. In addition, he automatically added a "shop supply fee" of $5.00 plus tax of $0.35 to the diagnostic fee, thus the "Minimum diagnostic fee" is NOT $49.95 but $55.30! He disparaged me several times as I'm living in California & we're terrible people. He threatened to place a lien on my car. I then said that since this fee - per their terms - could be applied again the services recommended, that I would get the oil changed. He said that that was not possible now since I had argued with him about the charge. I paid the bill & left.

Not good
I would never and wouldn't refer anyone to go to now named Savannah Car Care.I went in for a normal oil change ended up with one of its employers getting in my car and busting my tire. At first they were going to order me another tire, then they found a tire that a customer too of their car and put it on my car which was not the same size and put it on my car and told me to come back tomorrow and I couldn't get a oil change cause of the time.Went back the next day and the guy at the front desk was very rude he does not need to be at the front desk cause he do not know how to talk to people at all. The manager Mr.Micheal time him which is his brother that's at the front desk told him to get me a tire, he told me that he didn't tell him to but he didn't know that I had a witness that came up there so I couldn't dropped the car off cause even after the young guy bust my tire I was still going to get the oil change cause they was going to get me another tire, but after Mr.Eric Siddall was so nasty with me even saying that why did I let the guy drive off with my car, when I gave him the keys and he gave him to that employee. At that point I no longer wanted to do any kind of business with them. It's been 3 weeks and no tire I have a Volvo by then putting a bigger size tire on my car the traction is off. Which is going to cause more problems at this point I'm going to get a police to the business make a report then do civil suit and sue for my tire and hubcap that was bent when he bust my tire and any other problems that my car is now experienceing.

Too Bad
I really loved the honesty and the quality of work from this company and have been gong there for the past 3 years. The unfortunate thing is, the man at the front desk (owner's brother)has very rude an unprofessional the last 3 times I checked my car in and this last visit was the nail in the coffin. Instead of trying to work with my husband became rude. It doesn't take much to be nice to customers. I would think he would want us back but I guess the business is doing well enough that they can lose some clients. When we posted a review on FB and attempted to respond him, he blocked us so we can no longer respond, make you think he is hiding something. Not very professional and shows his mentality. I guess this guy thinks the company is big enough to treat people in a rude manner. He didn't even try to make things better. I gave this place a 5 review last year. I am not one to post bad comments but when he blocked our statement on Facebook I had no choice but to let it be known. Amazing how quickly the customer service here has changed in the past year.

Honest, Affordable, Timely
Outstanding turnaround and service! Got my car back in hours, not days, and was advised that I needed a less expensive repair than I anticipated. Honesty breeds loyalty and I am now a loyal customer.
