Almost destroyed my engine
Took my car here for an oil change and spark plug replacement. About 20 days later, my cars low oil light pops on. There was no puddle under my car which had been sitting for 2 days, so clearly there had been a slow leak. Upon checking the oil pan cap, I found it was so lose that I could have easily taken it off by hand. Contacted business, no response. Contacted business again through the BBB "sounds like a real concern, we will be reaching out." That was almost a month ago and no one has "reached out." Save your money and find a local honest mechanic.

Resolved my tire issue.
I hit a road hazard that ruined a tire. In these days of supply issues, Schimmer was able to obtain an exact replacement.

Tried two dealers closer to home. One did not match kindness or deal we received from Sçhimmer, though given the chance, while the other treated us badly even though we bought there previously.

Receive the "Schimmer Hyundai Experience" at no extra charge!
I had been looking for a midsized sedan for a couple of weeks. I had found several on other dealers lots that would have fit my needs, but we could never get together on price. Thankfully I found a Sonata online at Schimmer Hyundai that would be the perfect vehicle. Thanks to Don in management and Randy in sales I was able to get the deal I wanted in no time at all without any unwarranted sales pressure. Since there was no trade in and I had no way to get the car home, Randy even delivered it to my front door. Now that is service with a capital "S", my friends.
