Didn't listen or fix it
Took it in with a dead battery bc something was pulling on it after shutdown. Scott's sat on it for a week before I called to get an update only to be told that it's ready for pick up. I pick up my car $500 later and the very next day, the battery was dead, so they didn't look at anything, fix anything and just charged me for a new battery. Plus Greg is kind of rude on the phone.

Best Auto Center Nearby!
I can't praise them enough; their customer service is the best I have encountered. Their honesty is above and beyond. I am a single mom and get overwhelmed whenever we have any type of car trouble. I have been taken advantage of in the past etc. The team here is so helpful and patient and honest. I wouldn't go anywhere else. Thanks for all you do!
