pretty good knowledgeable service department. the wait was what i expected told by the service person at the desk.
Getting an appointment within a week was easy and everyone seems to know their stuff here. Waiting wasn't too long, and the part was installed correctly. one flaw is that the service person forgot to flip a switch on the lock within the trunk. so i had to go back to the garage later that day. another minor flaw is that nobody contacted me that the part was here, after waiting 5 weeks i called and the person told me that the part is already here when i could have gotten it worked on sooner,but no major deal just as long as its done right the first time is what counts to me at least.
