Overpriced cars
They're prices are absolutely ridiculous and through the roof. My sister has nothing but a nightmare with them since purchasing a newer vehicle from them. 3 transmissions in less than a year and now the engine is blown and they want her to pay for them to pick it apart all within a year of purchasing the shitty vehicle. The dealership she is directly has purchased from and dealt with has made it nothing but worse. I highly DO NOT recommend them or purchasing from them

Blue Link is not loading, therefore infotainment system is not accessible.
Blue Link is taking 30 minutes or more to load, therefore we cannot access basic features from infotainment system like AC temperatures. The problem was not resolved, and dealer is asking for another service appointment and $119 for further diagnosis. (Santa Fe Limited V6 AWD)

I drove 97 miles to buy a car from this dealer
I have bought a lot of cars in my years. It has always been one of the more unpleasant tasks in life. I have always done a lot of research before buying but still ended up with all the gimmicky games that you have heard dealers play. Not this dealer! they are straightforward and honest. What you see on the sticker price is what you pay with no phony add ons and "wait a minute I have to talk to my manager to approve this". NO bogus upsell. Really the best interaction I have ever had with a dealership in 50 years of car buying.
