Gavin said they're super personable and he holds them in the highest regard morally. They're super trustworthy and they look out for his best interest when it comes to his vehicle, they let him know what needs to be repaired and when it needs to be repaired. His parents have used this business for 20 years, and he and his brother use them, as well. He sends people their way.

25 year customer
I've been using Specialized Auto for 25 years. I have to say I don't usually do reviews, but I am inclined to do so this time. Russ, Devin and Alex always treat me with respect, they're not condesending, but treat me like a smart person who takes care of her car. Not only are they honest and give you the best cost you can get, but when you're in a pickle, they really come through for you. Thanks for all u do everyday.

Excellence in Every Respect!
From the moment I made the call, I was impressed. I needed my car service before Thursday and they accommodated me the next day. The customer service was exemplary. I was treated with respect and they explained everything I needed to know…all my questions were answered. I was shuttled home by Todd who was very kind and considerate. Once complete, they phoned to let me know I could be picked up now or the next day. The car was ready to go, and I received an itemized bill, which I very much appreciated… most of the time you have to ask for an itemized bill and lots of times it’s forgotten! when I got inside, my car even smelled better! There is not one single thing they could’ve done better. The customer service was superior!!!
