Rich has been my mechanic for years (since he was actually on 'State' street) and I can't say enough about his honesty, caring nature and mechanical ability. This is the type of mechanic every car owner wishes he could find. I never have to question the need for a part or wonder if the work was really necessary; total trust! Broke down on the street. Phoned Rich. Instructed me that I could drive the vehicle to his shop and then he found the best deal on a replacement drive shaft saving me like $400! Would never go anywhere else....
My 2005 Toyota had an issue with the brakes and with persistence, Rich was able to correct the problem. He even consulted with the Toyota dealer regarding the issue before he released my car. I knew that the brakes was correct when he called me because he shared with me the process he had exhausted to explore the issue with the car. Kudos to Rich. Margaret, customer for 13 years.

They are not far from him now, and she is very pleased with him. The staff at this business is very nice. It was super busy but they managed to get the vehicle fixed.
