Always Excellent Service!
I always receive excellent service. Over the last eight years, I have never had a single complaint. The service department has taken care of every issue in a timely and cost efficient manner; whether it has been for general maintenance or a significant repair. The Service Manager, the Service Advisors, as well as the Technicians are all great people. When it comes time to replace my vehicle, I will be buying another Hyundai because of the Service.

Everyone was nice at the dealership. I would have given 5 stars for customer service.
I deducted 2 stars because I was due for the first free oil change after purchasing the vehicle last September. I ended up paying $62 dollars for a new air filter: $28 for the filter and $30 for the labor to change the filter. The filter that you had already out and checked as part of the free oil change….. I walked out feeling like I paid for the “free” oil change.
