Pleasant surprise
I have been a customer of Stone's for the past 20-25 years. My most recent interaction with them is exactly why I will be a customer for the next 25 years! I had a state inspection and tire changeover yesterday. Jake called to let me know that my car needed a couple things to pass inspection. I asked how quickly he could get the work done as I need to travel out of town next week. He was able to keep my car for the day and get the complete job done the same afternoon! Extremely helpful! Also, I got a call from the shop this morning apologizing - they had mistakenly overcharged me on my bill (mistakes happen!) - they immediately refunded the difference! I know a lot of places that would've just kept the overpayment....Thanks Guys! Appreciate the honest, hard work you always provide!

Hey Eathan!! We do try to our best to help always. Sometimes the conversations suck becuase a customer thinks that they only have a "tiny" thing wrong with thier car... and occasionally it turns out to be much more.. Glad to always help!!

Tire turnover
Once again the staff at Stones was very helpful while scheduling my winter tires off, summers on☺️
Prompt, efficient and ,friendly service.
Justin reminding me of the correct tire size when we next replace our tires.

My wife had her car totalled. We bought her a replacement. That car had an outstanding recall so we had 802 Subaru fix that. They left us with a list of repairs that was over $4000!!!! Called Stones and they looked at it and recommended repairs that totalled $1400. They made the repairs after a glitch in sick staff and the final bill was less than the estimate. You know why? They did not replace the spark plugs. That is a $300 plus job on a Subby. When I asked why, John said he took one out and found they had been replaced. They could have replaced them and I would have never known. They saved us over $300. Love these guys!!!!
