Great service!
I'm an ASE Master Mechanic and a former auto repair shop owner. I wanted to have the alignment checked on my 2012 Tesla before driving across country to my home in Michigan. The service writer got an appointment scheduled for the next day, and the mechanic performed the work accurately and on time. I know they try to accommodate customers as quickly as possible because I saw it firsthand with other customers while I was waiting in their office during my appointment. Their rates are good and their service is excellent!

Like always. The best customer service. Never over charge or tack on other unnecessary repairs . First a clutch replacement in my 4-Runner. And now the power steering hose on My Daughter’s Outback. Thank You TC Automotive for all that You do.

Had a coolant leak issue. FIXED!!
Had coolant leaking from the bottom of my car. It ended up being the water pump. They were able to get my car in and out fast. Everything works great now! These guys always take care of me and I wouldn't trust anyone else with my vehicles.

Car was having issues and needed help fast
The team at Tc Automotive is amazing Charlie and his mechanics work their magic every time and fix the issues. Let me know what’s going on and never overcharge me and Heather is amazing for keeping everything together and in order and keeping me up-to-date. I will always go back for my car issues and maintenance.

Honest people.
Was given a bogus quote by one shop.
A trusted friend told me to take the truck to Mendo Diesel, turned out to be great advice.
First place gave a total wrong diagnosis, then quoted 3x labor hrs what is quoted by ford.
Charlie and Heather at Mendo Diesel/ TC automotive were quick to correctly quote and perform the job.
Was originally told hpfp, turned out to be the IDM. Big difference, these folks for the win.

Heater/AC repair and window repair
We were do happy with the work and customer service we received form TC Automotive! I was originally going to have my actuators fixed for my heater and ac unit. But on my way to work my window dropped down and wouldn't come back up in 37° weather. Showed up unscheduled and they helped get my window up until the part came in to repair it. They found the root of my heater problem instead of just repairing the symptoms. And they communicated with me the whole time. Highly recommend!
