Poor customer service

Jamie, you and your team are the reason I won't buy my car from this dealer after getting approved for a 22. I will drive a 100 miles first. You guy's tired to get over and lied to.me not only that killed the battery in my car. You said you tested my battery but couldn't test my starter before trying to tell me my starter was bad and charging me $600 bucks. You knew the engine was locked up even the salesman asked me if the engine was locked up when I said my car is coming in on a rollback. I hope no one else gets treated the way I did. I told an employee at the Toyota how my the service was and he apologized for you guy's. I hope you can lay your head down at night peacefully.

NEVER AGAIN

This service department is a joke. I usually don't leave reviews good or bad but I have to for this dealer. My Sonata cut off one day sitting at a light. I had it towed to the dealer to have it fixed. The service department said they had to replace the starter because the engine wasn't turning over, Lies. We all know the engine was locked up because of engine recalls. I told the service department that I wasn't going to pay for a starter if the engine doesn't turn over the service writing said OK. After the replacement was done I had a bill for the starter $530. I called corporate to handle this situation and i didn't have to pay for a starter. I go to pick the car up and notice the hood wasn't shut. No biggie the battery was dead. Jump it and it will be fine. I got my car drove it home an hour later. I go to run to the store the battery is completely dead. I charged the battery for 3 hours and it need to be replaced. The battery wasn't dead when the car was dropped off. This dealer was trying to make me pay for a starter that wasn't the reason why the car wasn't running and now i have to buy a battery because the manager said it was tested when it was in the shop, yea ok!!!. Where is the customer service at?? I will never trust this dealer and i will take me car some where else. You would think with the only Hyundai Dealer within a hour they would treat people better well me better. Here's the sad part i was approved for a 2022 Hyundai but i wont be buying it from team Hyundai. Just to put it out there Jamie in sale is awesome so don't take what I am saying toward the sale department. I guess they are butthurt because i called corporate?
