Robert said he took his vehicle to the business for inspection. The staff inspected his vehicle and said that he needs to replace his rear brake. He left to buy a new rear brake and brought it back. The staff worked on his vehicle and said that they installed the new rear brake and that his vehicle passed the inspection. He left but his vehicle was still making the same noise. He brought it back and the employee who attended to him was very rude. He worked on the vehicle and said it was now okay. He took it out but still it was making the same noise. He brought it back again and this time, the owner checked it and said that the problem is not the rear brake but the front tire. Now he cannot take it back because smoke is coming out from the front, secondly he has lost his trust in the staff, and he is afraid of what they might do to his vehicle. He said he can report it to the state but he would like to give the business a chance to resolve the issue.
