So honest!
After having a multi point inspection at the dealership (covered by the warranty) the dealership told me I needed new rear brake pads and quoted over $580 to replace them. I took my car to Alfredo and he assessed them and told me it was not necessary to replace them and that based on my driving and the amount of mm remaining, it would likely be another 6 months before I needed them. I so appreciated his honesty. Also, the quote I received from Alfredo was much less than the dealership. I have been going to The BMW Guy for many years because of his honesty and fair pricing. I recommend him to anyone with a BMW.

Overall Poor Experience
Nice people, helpful and provide good advice. Unfortunately, I would not recommend BMW Guy or use their service in the future. They tell you up front they reimburse for an economy rental if you need a vehicle during the repairs. They don’t tell you the $ amount they reimburse, which is $30 per day. I went to the nearby enterprise and the cheapest vehicle available was $55 per day with no cheaper options. BMW Guy ultimately saved money on the cost of my repairs, but being out $25 per day on the rental was a net loss. It would have been wiser to use the BMW dealership, take the loaner car at no cost, pay more for my repairs and avoid the hassle of a cheap rental car. BMW guy isn’t a great option because you’re going to get stuck with a rental car bill.

Super fast
Today I took my bmw i 428 today to the BMW guy. Usually it takes a couple days at a dealership to get my cars fixed. I was pleasantly surprised to get my car back in 1 day. Carlsbad BMW is the only dealership left in the area and the wait times are horrendous there.

Great experience!
Needed a little work done on my Mini Cooper and The BMW Guy was recommended to me. The last place I took my car to recommended work that wasn’t needed. So frustrating! These guys are professional, quick, knowledgeable, and honest. I will continue to give them my future business!

Excellent service
Excellent customer service. Alfredo provides excellent service and is transparent with all of his quotes. Colin has done a fabulous job in communicating and provides updates on car and when done. I have been taking my BMW here for years and will continue .

Knowledgeable and Helpful
Took my car in for a coolant flush the price was fair and they got it done quick. Alfredo and the crew are very knowledgeable when it comes to BMWs. They will give you recommendations if they see something you might want to take into consideration in the future.

Great experience
Colin was very knowledgeable and helpful. They only use top notch fluids and filter. And Alfredo made sure the oil was right up to the maximum level. They also pointed out that my car needed an alignment and help me set that up with the dealer.

Alfredo and his technicians do THE BEST work. I always feel confident that my X5 will get the best service and I trust them without hesitation. Colin is super kind and helpful. And added bonus-the espresso machine cuz I love me some espresso.
