Very poor experience
Wanted to charge $69.95 for atoms sensor, a$6 part or half hour labor to use mine, a 30 second install, lost a $300 tire sale and a customer. My recommendation DO NOT go here.

Always top notch service
Went in for tire rotation and balance, and they found the belt wearing and the rear end needed to be serviced. Went ahead with repairs due to far pricing and quick service. Highly recommend Tim Dodge Firestone for all you tires needs and service!

I picked up a screw in one of my tires and I got it repaired on the day it was found and because I bought the tire insurance I didn’t get charged. Very good service.

As long as Steve is there I am there
It bothers me a bit that the front desk or cashier's have changed so many times in the past year or that since Ryan left. I am hair to see they are welcoming though. As long as Steve is in the back though, I know I'm getting the care and awesome work I know I can trust since day one that I've started here. He's awesome and takes pride in the work done and explaining it to even me a woman in a way that doesn't belittle me or what I may or may not know.
