I have been taking my cars to Tonmmy Carr's for service for years. I have always found them to be professional, courteous, helpful, willing to take the time to explain what my car needs. This time was no different. The use of a loaner vehicle helps when I need to leave my car for the day.

Excellent service, as usual. Have been a Carr’s customer since the mid-1980’s and have never had any negative issues with their service. Always accommodating and offer concise & comprehensive explanations for their services before & after the work is completed!

Disappointed
Recently had brake work done on my partners Fiat 500. The work was quoted and confirmed, but was charged $90.00 more. Was told that there would be some kind of credit on the next service.
Bought a new car in March 2021 and was going to start taking it to Tommy Carr's for service because they always serviced my previous car and I like them, but I don't care for the way the overcharge was handled.
