Poor communication
Communication here is very poor. Many unreturned phone calls and emails. Poor record keeping. Given estimates that services would take “15mins” and have been there for an hour or left my car overnight due to the time. Have been told “you will hear from us by the end of the week” and then have had my calls and concerns ignored for nearly three weeks. Terrible service.

The Service Department was great to work with as they always are.
You buy a car from a sales person but that may be the only contact with them you ever have. You’re feelings about a dealership is almost always tied to your experience with the Service Department, good or bad. My experiences with Tonkin Gladstone Hyundai Service Department have all been exceptional. Not only do the work well and in a timely manner they are all personable and great to work with and talk to. Amazing Car Buying Experience
We bought a 2022 Hyundai Tucson from the Tonkin Gladstone Hyundai dealership and we cannot speak highly enough of the experience from beginning to end. I had discussed the purchase in advance with Dale, the Sales Manager, and everything he had promised was kept. Ali, the salesman, was so helpful, friendly and worked very hard to ensure we had no issues or questions about any aspect of the purchase. Dane, the Finance Manager, helped us through the trade in and add-ons and never tried to pressure us to buy anything we weren’t comfortable with. As a veteran of numerous car purchases, I can say that this ranked among the very best of my experiences. I highly recommend that you visit this dealership for the best sales experience you will find in the areas.

Home Run after Striking Out
I think I’ve already written a Google review but it beats repeating; this dealership is a place you can trust! Sure, the prices are a bit gulping but after horrible experiences with 122/Burnside and Gresham dealerships, it was a breath of fresh air. Shop here; I don’t think you’ll be disappointed.
