Couldn’t fix a flat
Wife brought her 4Runner in a week or so ago. Rear tire wasn’t holding air. She took time off of work to go to the “quick lane”…spent about an hour there and was told “there’s nothing they can do about the tire” and sent her on her way…after offering her new tires of course.

Took the rig to another place in town later that week…tire was repaired in about 30 mins.

Not a good look as far as I’m concerned. Get warranty work done at the dealer…go anywhere else for anything else.

Outstanding
Visited Ressler Toyota a few months ago to assist a friend in purchasing a new RAV. Brian Hupka met us at the door and the process couldn’t have gone smoother, fairer or quicker. Straight forward process eliminated all the hassle. I told Brian during our visit I would like to upgrade my current Tacoma. Fast forward several months. Brian called me, we worked through all the details including the trade, financing and delivery via phone calls and text messages. Went up this past weekend and picked up my new Tacoma, we were in and out in about 1 hour. Another truly great experience with Brian and the team. If you are looking for a great car buying experience that is no nonsense, straight forward, actually enjoyable, I would highly recommend Ressler Toyota

Slow and uncommunicative
No expectation was set on how long it would take to swap snow tires when I made a reservation. When I got there they said 2 hours. My experience elsewhere was 45-60 min. I commented that it was a long time. When someone came back to say they could make it an hour, I was pleasantly surprised....when 2 hours passed before anyone came back (they said the car was ready) I was not happy at all.

Tire Swap
Took my wife’s car to have winter tires off. Two issues were not up to par. First I was waiting there to have the job done. It said this on the order. It was taking a long time. Finally got a call on cell phone that was ready, as if I were off site, then when leaving the dealership the car alerted me that all four tires were under inflated. The technician obviously had not checked the pressure. Had to take it back, wait for a “spot”, this delayed the whole process more. Luckily I did not lose anything but personal time.

Tire swap done well.
Dropped the car off to switch out my snow tires. They did the work quickly even though they were swamped, and they let me know the amount of tread wear on both sets of tires for next season.
