Chris got me right in called and texted to remind me of apt . Did proper diagnostic and the waiting room is very entertaining !

Fair and honest
It's difficult to find an honest mechanic, almost impossible. I have used Transmax twice so far and I've had very good experiences. My problem is always handled and it's a fair price. I will continue to use Transmax for my future repairs.

Great service.
It's rare to find a place that is so prompt, and cares about their customer service. Thinking my whole transmission had went but turns out it was a simple fix. They easily could have taken advantage but I was definitely under charged! Highly recommend for honest and prompt service.

Transmission
Chris has been very helpful. My 2010 suburban need rebuilt transmission at only 110,000 miles! Although it was running smooth after picking it up I took it back and they did more work that seems to have fixed it. They said if any problems bring it back. I appreciate their backing up the warranty.

Replaced Brakes
They replaced the brakes on my car and the work was above board, as usual. Chris and Lisa are the best. Always friendly and helpful. This is the third time I have taken my cars to them for service and I know it will be done right.

Knowledgeable & Honest
I had taken my 2015 Yukon to TransMax, I was having trouble with the vehicle kind of “lunging” forward while driving. I took it to a few places that without even as much as a test drive told me I needed a new transmission, all I could see was $$$. TransMax was my last estimate before I made the decision to allow them to do the work. Chris didn’t just say “hey, you need a new transmission “… he took the time to explain what was causing the vehicle to lunge as well as explained several options and the breakdown of each thing. Not once was I made to feel dumb and less than because I was a female. Everything was explained and all of my questions were answered.
The professionalism of everyone I encountered was great! The communication was great and frequent throughout the repair process!!
I highly recommend TRANSMAX their service was top notch and the repair didn’t drain the bank, very reasonable! I am so grateful I found this place!!
They even offered a cold drink!! The waiting area is very comfortable!!
You will NOT be disappointed!!!
