The vehicle started to death wobble and drift and sway uncontrollably. Almost every Jeep lifted or not can death wobble but this was completely different and uncontrollable.
Upon inspection I found multiple hand tight connections on the tie rod ends, control arms and stabilizer bars. I have video and pictures for anyone interested. I also had tires swapped and they destroyed 2 of them. I completely understand that tire beads can have some damage when they are removed but these were destroyed and now are not able to be sold.
On top of it all, Chris seemed to put more blame on the lift than the incompetent work performed. My alignment is now shot because the adjustment sleeve almost fell of the drag link so now the wheel has to point at 11 o clock to drive straight.
I will have another shop go over the mess they left me with to make sure it's done right this time.
I was going to have them install some more parts in the future but now i wouldn't trust them to check the oil.
Watch their response........ let's see how they blame the lift or something else for their dangerous incompetence.
