Completely destroyed my truck.

I paid these folks $6,000 to repair my fuel switch and install new body mounts. They completely destroyed my truck. The fuel tank on my truck will no longer hold fuel, and I can't open the door on my truck. And they are still in business destroying other people's trucks.

My boyfriend had paid for bullet proof on his diesel truck.

They was only suppose to fix an oil leak. After $6500 into the truck. His truck still leaking oil. They are a bunch of lieing people. Including the owner. They need to stop before someone end up hurting them. People work too hard for their money.

Shame on TSI Diesel Worx in Gulfport, MS

Heads up to all RV’ers rolling along the highways and byways near 9500 County Farm Rd, Gulfport, MS 39503. If you break down, stay clear of TSI Diesel Worx!
How ironic that TSI Diesel Worx’s web page claims that customers will be completely satisfied but when you contact them, you are ignored. After several tries, our calls remain unanswered after the shambles TSI made of our Newmar Canyon Star when it broke down and was towed by Culpepers Automotive Service to TSI Diesel Worx for repair. The catalytic converter installed was not what was actually broken, the cost of the wrong part was nearly double the expected cost quoted by Ford, the incorrect part was not installed correctly and leaked toxic exhaust fumes into the RV cab for miles nearly asphyxiating us as we drove. The repairman said the fumes were “burn off” from the new part. Not true. The fumes were so strong they made us sick so we stopped as we experienced the exact same symptoms previous to being towed to TSI. When we called for help, this over 70-year-old couple was abruptly refused by the repairman saying “try Ford”. We limped into an RV repair facility in Alabama and discovered the catalytic converter TSI installed was not welded but bracketed on and hot exhaust poured out of the gap melting the seals on our parking brake, causing our drive shaft bearing to seize up which caused the shaft to spin and crack the bell housing on our transmission. And the actual broken part was the fuel pump, a known issue with Newmar motorhomes, not the catalytic converter. Shameful treatment by a company who claims on their web page “we promise you will be completely satisfied with our work. We provide a 12-month, 12,000 mile warranties with all of our services”! TSI's repairman didn't fix the problem for which we were towed in and no help was offered for the precariously dangerous predicament TSI caused. We have tried to contact the owner repeatedly but the office only says they will pass on the message. We have tried to contact the manager with the same result. Our total losses for this 6-week dream trip turned disaster, while headed for a once in a lifetime 50th wedding anniversary celebration, cost us thousands in repairs, non-refundable deposits, hotel bills (as our RV was unable to travel) and food as all our food was in our RV. It was determined by Buddy’s RV that the fuel pump was bad, the catalytic converter had not been the problem and driving the motorhome from Gulfport to Spanish Fort had caused further extensive damage.

I will post be posting our experience of the reprehensible and unprofessional way this company operates on our web page, www.perrellas.com, describing the treatment we received from TSI Diesel Worx, owned by Kayla Reddell. It may make the millions of hits from people visiting our website think twice about using TSI Diesel Worx. And they’ll tell two people and so on and so on.

Called Josh at the front desk on 9/9/22 at 9am and asked him to have Kayla contact us by Tuesday to have her file a claim with her insurance company to reimburse us for the damage done to our RV by her repairman. If not, we will be forced start an all-out social media campaign letting everyone within a thousand miles know how we were treated. We were ignored and no one has contacted us since.

dishonest

service was fine, but we had to put down parts deposit to order parts prior to insurance company paying TSI and we were told that after insurance company paid them, they would refund or deposit. Well we got our truck back, in mid July, have been calling and email and have gotten no information except that it was handed to owners to sign a cashiers check and send to us. well still receiving runaround and they have blocked my phone number as phone starts to dial it disconnects..very dishonest owners, and staff just gives a runaround.

Awesome shop! Josh went above and beyond dealing with my warranty company and always keeping me updated on the status of my truck. Highly recommend these guys!

bad deal do not trust these people

I put my truck in the shop for water hose is busted to change the water hose change the pump wile your in there but they put a bad used hose back on the truck one week later all the fluid has leak back out 3600 hundred dollars down the drain do not trust these people whit your truck this is reason they lock the gate on so you do not see that they dont know what there doing

one week later i have the same problem with my truck they put old used hose back on the truck leak all my fluid right back out you would think after 3600 hundred dollars you would put new parts this is the reason the two gate say lock so cant see them putting old part back on and having a hard time doing the job right if i could put a lower star i would this is my only time i every put a review on any one you need to know what you dealing whit

Don't go to this shop very bad communication

Took my semi there to get a def filter baked it was in derate mode they took filter off got it baked they told me it was $1,100 found out they took it to rocking c trucking in Gulfport it only cost 375.00 they up charged me 700 dollars con artists for sure they will be hearing from our attorney.

DO NOT TRUST these folks

Do Not use this company, theirs a reason Every other shop is busy for 2 weeks or more and they Are Not. They have ZERO Diagnostic Skills.They Will try to Charge a Diag Fee for doing Nothing but drive down the street. When i got my truck They didnt Release the brakes Doing a Burnout with one Axle and DRAGGING THE OTHER Axle. They are Not Competent enough to Even Release the brakes. 1030 am they had someone Threaten me on the phone Pretending to be my Boss Telling me to Remove my Business Name and Dot numbers.also saying they are WAAAY Above his head in this company. i called the Owner HE IS NOT HAPPY.The Fact Remains that these people get your personal info then make threats from a number owned by 3r cattle co 100 N Turner rd Gulfport ms. the front desk man said this was the OWNER threatening me

Had great service! These guys were quick and knowledgeable. I was able to tell them my symptoms snd they verified and had a reasonably priced quote within hour. I’ll bring my power stroke back to these guys!

Performs work not approved by customer and charges for work previously completed elsewhere

I took my 2000 Ford Superduty to TSI for a diagnostic check. My truck would start and run fine, but would not restart after the engine warmed up. I was informed that it would cost around $4,500 to fix, and was given a laundry list of things that they said were wrong with my truck. I was told that the injectors needed to be replaced, it required a new wiring harness and the fuel system also needed replacement. After I told them that I could not afford to pay that much and would have to bring my truck back at another time to have the work done, I was then informed that it would no longer start. They charged me for work that I never consented to have done and left me with a truck that no longer functioned. They had resealed the injectors, and at some point did something to make my truck inoperable. I was charged $1,141.00. Only $197.00 of the bill was for the diagnostic check, while the rest was for work that was never approved by me. This also included a charge of $202.00 for an ICP sensor that I had replaced before I brought the truck to them. It even stated on my bill that the sensor was replaced previously, and I was still charged for it.
I was told by Mark that the owner was out of town, and that he would contact me about refunding some of the overcharges. I never received a call from him. I tried calling them to talk to someone a minimum of 10 times. Every time that I would call, I was told they were on a conference call and that they would call me back.
After looking at several reviews for this company, there seems to be a trend of people being overcharged or being charged for work that was never performed.
