Work done right
Friendly helpful professional proficient excellent to deal with reasonable priced great service. They do an inspection that is very thorough and gives you a good heads up on what is happening with your vehicle so appreciated great to have them as a part of our neighborhood in St Paul West Saint Paul.

my mechanic
my mechanic whom ive followed for over 20 years did a great job w a sirius radio install????????im so happy he is working at a place thats so cat friendly! i love dropping my car off there seeing the cats!!!!

My Acura
I was having trouble with my Acura I had to get a jump start every morning on place said I needed a alternator so I replaced it still had the same problem the he said it was the positive cable in I replaced it still didn't work then I took it to Turbo Tim's they took the time to check it out and fixed the problem now I can start right up without a jump great shop I will definitely be going back

Tim’s has the best people.
Tim’s has taken measures to keep their customers safely distanced while they wait to pick up their cars. Every member of their staff I’ve worked with has been respectful, friendly, and really genuine. I recommend them 100%.

Terry said he is very upset with the way this business treated his repair. They misdiagnosed the problem, way overcharged him and he feels like his vehicle was held hostage and he couldn't get it back, if he didn't agree to spend the extra, unnecessary money that they insisted on. They got his vehicle confused with another one and were rude and obnoxious about him picking it up. He will be filing complaints wherever he can.

Sorry Terry, your vehicle had been here a long time because you didnt want to pick it up because the tabs were expired. Unfortunetly we just dont have space to store your car and wanted it removed quicker then you wanted to. We can not store cars for weeks because we just dont have space. If you want to talk more about it let us know. Thanks for picking it up!

Turbo Tim's is THE BEST
Troubleshot the problem quickly. Up front and honest about services and prices. Clayton was a GEM. Very quick turnaround: dropped off Friday and was done by Tuesday. They also took a lot of precautions to keep staff and patrons safe during C19 madness. Thank you, always!!

Friendly, fast, and doesn't try to rip you off
I've been coming here for 6 years and recommend it to all of my friends. They are genuinely lovely people, and all of their mechanics are professional and talanted. They also have cats and LaCroix. This place rules!
