Great customer service
I purchased a 2023 palisade limited In 2023. The hatch got a scrape on it from the garage door hitting it. I went to Mars and was not satisfied with the end result. So I went to the Hyundai service parts department thinking I would buy a paint pen to fix it somewhat myself after I paid Mars $128 for nothing. Tyler (i really hope I got the name right!) heard my sob story and offered to buy the $44 paint pen for me. I was overcome by the offer and deeply thankful. Mike then helped get an estimate for a repaint which is totally reasonable. Tammy is an awesome salesperson- she sold me the car. I buy her Starbucks!

RECALL WORK
I had recall work done to my car on April 18th 2024. I own a 2009 Hyundai Veracruz and I am from great falls Montana. I had to drive to Billings to come to this location to get my recalls fixed. Yesterday July 11th 2024 I was driving when my car lost ALL POWER. I was in a dangerous area with my two very young children. I was so scared and did not know what to do. I ended up getting into a parking lot and could not put my car into park from drive. I had to force it to park. I was stranded for more than 4 hours in 99 degree heat. I called my insurance company for a tow they which thankfully I got. I called local mechanic shops around here (great falls) to see about a Mobil mechanic coming out to see what happened. Turns out the recall work this company had done failed and my engine bay smelled of burning wires. I replaced the battery earlier yesterday because I noticed my window was going down slower than normal. I called this company to tell them what happened and they told me that it’s my job and duty to figure out how to get down to Billings with my car. Any other reputable auto shop would come get a vehicle that they worked on for a customer if something that auto shop initially repaired, failed. This is my only car how exactly am I supposed to get it down there? I would not recommend this company. They pretty much said piss on me.

Great experience buying a vehicle from Doug Caviness
I purchased a vehicle from Doug Caviness. He is a fabulous sales person. If you need a new or used vehicle give him a call. Doug went out of his was to help me out and I was truly happy with the experience of buying a vehicle from him. We will for sure use Doug again. Thanks for all you did for us.

Worst service ever
With a scheduled appointment today at 7am and told that it would be done in a few hours.
At 6pm and no phone contact was told that the wrong part was ordered and it can not be fixed. We are from out of town and now are stuck they have no loner vehicle to use and now it's to late to get a rental.

Awesome customer service
Michael Kruger is a great salesperson. Wonderful asset to the company. He was very friendly and not pushy. He was great at getting us what we wanted in a car not what he needed/wanted to sell.
Joe Sch....... was very friendly and helpful also.

Awesome customer service
Michael Kruger was a great sales person. He wasn't pushy and very friendly. Wanted to know what WE wanted in a car, not what he needed/wanted to sell. Very personable and easy to talk to. He is a wonderful asset to the company.
Joe Scheffelman was also very helpful and friendly.

Great team to get the sale completed and customer happy.
To no fault of there own I purchased a car that did not run properly. They helped remedy the situation by finding me another vehicle to meet my needs at more than a fair deal. James is a great sales associate helping every step of the way and returning my calls even on his days off. If you look to buy from this dealership I wouldn't hesitate in recommending him all the way. Ben and Scott went above and beyond with the changes in paperwork with my vehicle transfer and courthouse in Wyoming. Let's face it not every used car may be perfect and somethings just go by the radar but the staff made every effort to fight on my behalf to get my situation rectified. Can't ask for more than that in a dealership.

2023 Outer Banks Bronco
My wife and I drove up from Sheridan, WY to make a deal with Archie Cochrane on a Bronco. Long story short, we walked away from that dealership with a bad taste in our mouth and ended up at Underriner looking at a used 2023 Bronco. The customer service was great, low pressure and made our car buying experience enjoyable. They turned our bad day into a great day! Thank you to our salesman Mike Kruger, and your team of sales managers and finance guy, Ben. We are so please with our new Bronco! Give these guys a raise or buy them a meal! Thanks again!

They are NOT honorable!
Underriner Hyundai sold a good friend of mine a used Hyundai taking his Kuna for trade. As my friend drove it home the steering column all but fell into his lap. He called and said he wanted his trade in back and them to take this Hundai back. Underriner refused. Instead telling him it would be $3k to repair the vehicle he just purchased that hadn't even made it home before problems. Underriner Hyundai finally agreed to repair the vehicle at no charge after many call and much confusion. Month transpire went with no progress towards yhe promiaed repairs. Finally my friend said enough is enough give me a car of equal value that is on your lot. A Jeep was identified as agreeable to the deal without my friend having to put any more money into the deal. This was agreed upon by the salesman and his manager. Of course once he got to Billings they changed the deal again and ended up charging him another $3k.

This outfit is not to be trusted! Buyer beware, I know I won't do business with a company who runs like this!

Low level of integrity if any at all
On a recent trip to Underriner we had service work done front left wheel work and a switch inside. The switch we had to wait on we paid for work performed. When we drove it home on a Friday we noticed a loud banging noise on the left front wheel that was definitely not there when we dropped it off on previous visit. So when we brought it back for the switch work. I mentioned the left front tire noise .they said there technician heard it when he worked on it 3 days prior. Which wasn't the case at all. They told me that the axel needed to be replaced at the 850.00 amount. I told them this couldn't be. They trusted a new technician over us a repeat customer. So at this point I had to get another opinion .but before I could take the vehicle they insisted I pay another 200 on the bill we already paid. At this point I'm fuming. I drove the vehicle to a reputable shop I've used before when they picked the vehicle up to look at left front tire. They found a bolt that was loosend up which created the banging noise wasn't the axel problem at all. Underriner was trying steel 850 .when confronted Underriner insisted we were lying ?. Believed a new technician over repeat customer. I'm pretty positive we won't buy are new car from them now

Highly disappointed ?
We have been going to Underriner for several years now. Had a issue with front left wheel and a part inside of vehicle. Picked it up on a Friday. When we drove it home noticed a loud noise coming from upper front tire that wasn't there before. When we bought it back the following Monday. We noted the new problem that we came home with they claimed that the technician heard the noise when we dropped it off Friday. Didn't really care about what we had to say that this issue wasn't hear when we dropped it off. They pretty much called my wife and I a lier. After they gave us a 850.dollor bid on what it would cost to fix right wheel. They claimed we needed a new axel. For this amount. I told them several times this noise wasn't here when we dropped it off. They said they stood behind their technician and believed what he said. Even though he was a new hire. And really didn't know his work experience at all. So I took the vehicle to a mechanic that has been in business for 20 plus years. He found a bolt on the right side that had been loseend. That created this new issue that wasn't there when we dropped off. Underriner claimed that we needed a new axel that would cost us additional 850. The whole deal didn't jive from the getgo. I believe that this was done intentionally to screw a long time customer. Plus we already paid for previous work and and they charged us additional 200.00 on a separate bill we already paid. None of Underriners employees showed us any integrity. We were cheated on the extra 200.and tried to cheat us out of 850. For a new axel. When technician intentionally losend bolt to create this new problem. 1 star is giving them to much credit. We do not recommend. Underriner for service work and will shop elsewhere for are new car.

Bad customer service
Purchased a 2015 ford taurus on Nov. 17 2023. Water pump went out a week after I Purchased the car. I left a negative review, underriner responded wanting me to contact sales manager, I called twice, left 2 voice mails, and never heard back. I would not recommend this dealer.

Good Experience Overall
Overall, my experience with the dealership was pleasant. The staff was very nice and were not pushy during the buying process. They dealt with us fairly and honestly, in my opinion. We did experience a few problems after the sell but a quick email to the service manager took care of our issues. One of my better experiences buying a vehicle and I look forward to continuing a relationship with the dealership going forward.
