Wow how quickly a rating can change. I received a call from VW recall department and told me my vehicle needed to go in for a airbag deployment issue that could cause serious injury and accidents. They told me they would handle the appointment and also ask if i needed a complimentary loan car. I never received the appointment and after waiting 10 days i got another call with the same proposal but this time Vista said they didn't have a loaner but if i could wait then i would be scheduled fir the following week, which i said would be fine. I never got a call and on Tuesday 2-27 i spoke with Sophia and told her the whole story which she said she would tell her service manager ti call me. That never happened!!! I called again today and explained the whole story again fir the third time and she said she emailed her service manager Fernando Arceo. THIS GUY NEVER CALLED ME AGAIN. AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP WHEN IT COMES TO THERE SERVICE DEPARTMENT.

THEFT ALERT:
Take your car to get serviced anywhere but here!! I leased my Tiguan from a dealer in Naples, but since I live here, I’ve been using them to get my car serviced for the past 2 years. When I dropped my car off to get serviced last week, I was with my 6 month old and completely forgot to check my car over for anything valuable before leaving it. Unfortunately, I forgot to take a $50 dollar Amex gift card out of my center console, and a loose $1 bill, both were stolen.
In addition, I dropped my car off at 8 am and when I called at 2 pm, my car still had not been worked on. I called again at around 5 pm bc they closed at 6 pm, and I was told my car would be ready in 15 mins. All day for a basic service visit.
Anyways, being in a rush to get over there to pick up my car, I didn’t look in the center console to see if my Amex gift card was there. The next day when I looked it was gone and so was the $1 bill.
When I contacted them about it, the guy who I dealt with to service my car, was more concerned about the 1 star google review I left him/them than the fact that they have workers that steal. He said, “he would look into it and get back to me,” but that was 5 days ago, and I still haven’t heard from them.
I take some responsibility for leaving money in my car, but they have no reason to be rummaging through my car like that for a service.
I was planning on using them to upgrade my lease in the next few months but I’ll just go to Gunther in Delray going forward.
I would recommend going ANYWHERE but here. Sadly, you can’t trust the people that you are leaving your car with to get serviced.

After previous lease experience I was very hesitant but now there is a very professional group at Vista
Four years ago I had a very bad experience at vista so when my lease was coming up I was very hesitant to deal with them. Prior to lease expiration, I went there to check it out, and talk with them. I was promptly greeted by a new person, Billy, at the entrance.
He was friendly and immediately understood my apprehension.
I also met the new manager, Armond.
I saw that the previous unprofessional people that I had dealt with 3.5 years earlier were all gone ! Thank goodness !!!
I kept in touch with Billy, as it was due to to his kindness and professionalism that I decided to stay w vista.
My due date for lease arrived, and I brought my car to vista for an evaluation of my options.
My boyfriend and I still cannot believe the service and advice we got !!!
Keep in mind, previously it was so bad.
From Billy, who is now a salesman, to Arthur, in finance department ( typically finance people are cold and uncaring —
I usually don’t trust finance people BUT Arthur was not like this, he actually gave us truthful advice !!! ) and lastly
To the service person, mr. Chayra
Who goes above and beyond.
All under the guidance of Armond, the manager …..
It’s almost unbelievable in this moment of time where you truly don’t know who to trust ….
We still cannot believe the wonderful and HONEST way we were treated ….!!!
Thank you soooo much Armond and team because you totally reversed the previous experience I had there and i left smiling in disbelief that I was treated so well ….!!!

Worst service ever!
I was serviced by Mike who was horrible and kept forgetting to do the things I brought my car there to do. I had to go back several times for him to correct his mistakes. Worst experience ever!!

Extremely poor customer service !!
Let me start off with ... it takes ALOT for me to write a negative review , but I am SO over people who work with the public and in service treating you like you they are doing YOU a favor to wait wait on you !! My husband purchased my 2018 beetle brand new a little over two years ago( with every warranty they had to offer) every time I brought it back for service I’ve had a different advisor ( ok things happen ) that’s only when I brought the car in because I can’t get anybody to ever call me back until recently I ordered an other key back in October, Josh my a advisor whom I ordered it with didn’t make it with the company longer than three weeks so I kept calling back to see if my key was in finally I got a new advisor in November Sabrina she told me to wait until after the Thanksgiving, so I did . I made my appt and when I went in ( very early for my appt time I was advised the mechanics were going to lunch in 10 minutes so I’d have to wait almost 3 hours to GET A KEY ??? She was extremely ignorant to me and after I told her I wouldn’t go back to that dealership she left several messages begging me ( her words ) because her supervisor wanted to close out all the accounts for the year and since she already ordered the key I needed to go back in ASAP ... well needless to say I didn’t go , after thinking long and hard I decided no I can bring my car and money anywhere to be treated like a child. This was only after MANY other incidents , I have decided to finally write this review . I truly am sorry VW of Pompano but everyone has bad days but not everytime someone steps into your service dept should you be treated so poorly !!

Service- Bait and Switch-UNprofessional
Trust me..take your car elsewhere for service. The old 'bait and switch' routine is alive and well at Vista VW service. Rich (or rick) service mangare quotes one price over phone and then when you arrive it is magically 250 Xtra?!
Thanks but no thanks.. Of course when I ask to speak with rich (he is not in office today) surprise surprise.

VERY DISAPPOINTING
VERY DISAPPOINTING!!! This past weekend (Saturday) my husband and daughter drove from Tampa to Pompano Beach to purchase a Limited Edition Volkswagen Beetle in Pink at VISTA VW. This was a 4 1/2 hour drive one way!
After arriving at the dealer, they find an additional fee of 3,995.00 on the sticker listed as: Market Adjust Limited Availability also known as Addendum. They were told VISTA VW is allowed to add this to the vehicle price! If they are allowed to add this fee, they should be allowed to remove as well.!!!!!
Prior to driving 4 1/2 hours to the dealership on Saturday, , my daughter called VISTA VW Friday afternoon regarding availability and pricing.
VISTA VW confirmed they have the vehicle but no mention of the additional add on price!
Needless to say we believe VISTA VW is price gauging and discriminating against customers outside of their immediate area. We have purchased several new cars over the years and have never heard of this practice prior to this experience.
We checked with a VW dealer here in Tampa and this is not common practice, regardless if limited availability!
We were told my Kent Anthony Smith (Sales Manager) that other buyers have paid this additional fee! WHY????
This was a total waste of time, and gas!
The only reason I gave 1 star is due to not being able to post without a star!
