I am sorry you felt we wronged you so much to make this review. We did align your vehicle and we road test vehicles a few blocks. Yes we don't take extended road tests. If we did unfortunately we wouldn't get work done. We had your vehicle ready in about 1 1/2 hours. Yes you brought it back due to a slight pull to the right. We corrected it in about 30 minutes. This is why we have a warranty for our work. So we saw you again. Replaced your battery. My technician left a wrench by accident on the cowling near the hood. No damage done, but yes unprofessional. We apologized, and counseled our employee. But at the end of the day your car was fixed properly. We are human, we make mistakes.
