Very shady selling practices
My husband is a current West Herr customer 2022. Since his experience was fine (Thank you Dave S.), we decided to buy my new car through this dealership as well. Unfortunately, all West Herr Locations are not the same at all. Don't let the Josh Allen/Steve Tasker commercials fool you. We give the Williamsville Hyundai Dealership 0 of 5 stars. They pulled a terrible scam on us. We wanted a new Accent Limited Model. As normal these days, none in stock. We found our model, received the window sticker for validation and they ordered. First delivery was set for 6/8/22. Also, as normal these days, this was pushed out 5 times with an actual delivery of 7/12/22. Derek the salesman and Kyle the manager tried to play us like a fiddle.

We were approved through Hyundai, had an agreed payment, rate and loan. Received an approval letter from Hyundai. All set, right? Day car arrived, salesman texted our offer expired and now we need to reapply. They proceeded to run 8 inquiries on me and my husband without permission. No phone call, no heads up, nothing. Then we get a call from the salesman that, we are sorry but your rate changed and now the payment will be $50 plus dollars more per month. WHAT... we were supposed to pick up the care in two hours.

They are actually trying to resell a car to me that they had already sold. BEWARE, it's called a "FINANCE MARKUP SCAM". They mark up the "Shopped Around Rate" 4-6% more adding an alarming increase to the price trying to take advantage of a buyer who has waited for their car. They expected us to just say. OK, pay >$4200 more for the car which the dealer keeps this marked up money for themselves. It's called "DEALER RESERVE".

This is total BS... DO NOT BUY HERE. They just lost two customers and four more family members. Very disappointing.

What warranty?
I paid in full for my vehicle which came with a warranty which included rental car service if anything happened. Well something happened. I was told I was unable to be helped and now have paid 800 out of pocket for a rental when i have a warranty. This whole experience has been horrible.

In and out quickly as promised
A Customer Service person called to remind me my NYS Inspection was due shortly and offered to make an appointment for me. My appointment was at my convenience. On the appointment day, check-in was quick and my vehicle was serviced and inspected with in the promised wait time. The waiting area was airy and comfortable.
