Dishonest and deceptive experience
Found a vehicle We liked on cars.com. For a price we were happy with as well. Sent an email and started communications with Kerry Smith in sales regarding the vehicle. Discussed the vehicle and availability multiple times before making an hour trip to see the vehicle. We got there to see the vehicle, test drive it and like it. We say ok and would like to move forward. He hits us with “this vehicle will be $8000-$12000 over MSRP” depending on what they decide. Of course my wife and I are very taken back by this. We leave the dealership. I call around and find that some other dealers are doing market adjustments but not $8000-$12000. The average if they were doing them at all was $3000. I call Kerry back and offer the $3000. He says “the lowest they will do is $6000 plus a $3000 addendum which he never told us about before. We left and bought a vehicle elsewhere.

Website does not reflect marked up MSRP
Was using their website as a basis to determine a new car. Was almost ready to make the trip and then I get an email stating that they mark up their cars $5000 to $6000. Not an honest dealership.

Very disappointed
Selling new cars above MSRP is to nothing more than price gouging during a pandemic. Before buying here I suggest you check around. There are other dealerships around that are not doing this. I purchased a new car in September from one of them. Also you should remember long after this pandemic is over, the dealerships that have been charging more than MSRP.
