This price included a 3% charge for using my card. When asked what the price included... they proceeded to say "shop fees." This included using rags, electricity, computer, books, anything I need that went into diagnosing the vehicle.
WHAT !!
Your going to use these items anyway... the charge separately is crazy. & asked me if I run a business to now that this happens.
Why not change your diagnostic fees to include these things & just call it that.
She was so unprofessional.
