Car, paperwork mismatch.
Jared, the IT Salesman was extremely helpful in the purchase of our new car. In fact when the Dealership traded the car we were negotiating on to another dealership without his knowledge, he may have been more disappointed than we were. He swore he'd find a car meeting our specifications, and personally deliver it our house that day. We live over 70 miles away. To his credit he did just that.

However, the paperwork he was given to bring with the car for our signatures, was for a completely different car with a different VIN. Neither of us caught the discrepancy, the documents were signed and it was thought all was well. Well until a couple of days later when it was noticed my wife name was entered incorrectly, which means it would have been incorrect on the registration documents.

We drove all the way to the dealership to get the problem resolved, which it was very quickly. Still, we had no idea the car we were driving was different from all the signed documents.

In November when it came to light about the paperwork problems, the dealership took quick action to resolve the whole mess, and refunded me a service charge I incurred because of the problem.

Because of the quick actions of the dealership, I would now give them 5 Stars, and especially Jared for the personal service and concern he showed us.

Win is a Winner
I recently purchased a 2022 Hyundai Kona from Winn Hyundai in Carson, CA. I went in for vehicle service on my 2012 Hyundai Genesis, which I had owned for 9 years. It was a very good car. I had been considering buying a Hyundai Kona. A Kona was on the Showroom floor that caught my eye. I was approached by the owner of Win Hyundai. He introduced himself & arranged for me to take a test drive. I loved the car right away. I decided to buy it then & there. The salesperson was very knowledgeable about the product. He was easy going & exhibited no pressure sales tactics. The finance dept. explained everything to me regarding the contract. Everyone I encountered was friendly & easy going. I drove away in my new Hyundai Kona with a smile. It's been a week now & I'm still loving it!

Great experience
I went in to the dealership to do one thing to drive off the lot with a car that I had previously owned because I loved it and I return to years later because I hardly ever had any issues with Hyundai. The salesman Juan came to me and approached me with respect great personality fun straight to the point no sugarcoating it was very genuine. Can you show me a few cars I told him about my situation he went and got a sales manager spoke to him they pretty much guarantee me a vehicle. Despite the back in process Juan was a really great associate very knowledgeable and was able to answer just about any questions I had great job ! Even after me returning to the dealership the few times that I did he still spoke to me and an act as if I was a stranger great personal
