Honest. Affordable. Excellent work.
Xpertech is the only mechanic shop I trust. Once they assess your vehicle for repairs, they call you with an estimate of what needs to be fixed, but give you control of what work is done. They truly are honest, affordable, and do excellent work!!!!

Consistently Outstanding
Xpertech is just what it says, "expert tech" which for me means productive, professional, proactive, expert technical service for my vehicle.
They are busy, they get the job done and in my mind a job done well. I would not take my vehicle anywhere else for service. It's not price although that is really good, it's value which in my judgment is outstanding. I've been bringing my cars here for almost 15 years. It's just that simple!

Best Place To Go For Car Repairs
Xpertech is a great resource. They are honest and never try to sell you a product or service you don’t need, working hard to save you money. I recently took my car in for an air conditioning problem and it was fixed in 24 hours. The entire staff is reliable and trustworthy and a pleasure to do business with.

Industry on Parade
Went in for a scheduled oil change. In the process of rotating my tires and checking all fluid levels, the mechanic noticed that my front brake pads were very thin, estimated a couple thousand miles left. So, I had that done. While in the waiting area, I noticed a couple of things: since my last visit for an oil change, the waiting room had been updated and the three people that greet customers seemed to have updated their office equipment. A good sign in my opinion. They use their profits to upgrade and improve their service. But, the most mesmerizing aspect was the parade of mechanics and vendors coming and going through the waiting area to the front of the building and back to the work area, all with a sense of purpose. I love a well-oiled machine. One other aspect that I couldn't help but notice: One of the mechanics came from the work area and sat down next to a lady who had brought her car in. They seemed to know each other, a repeat customer I gather. As the mechanic explained the issues with her vehicle, what struck me was the relaxed look on her face as if she had complete trust and confidence in what he was telling her, no sales pitch, just the facts. Oil change, break pads and I was out in less than two hours.

My oil light came on in my car.
Xpertech is an amazing car service business. They never over charge or tell you you need some thing that isn’t really necessary. I trust them and recommend them to all my friends. They take care of all my grown children’s cars and trucks. Marti Terry-Purdy.

Honest, down to earth and good work
I'm grateful that I can count on the folks at Xprtech to not try to find more things that "need" to be fixed then necessary. That being said, they won't let you drive off in a car that puts you, or the car itself, in danger!

All the folks at the front desk seem to know their stuff; and usually the mechanic working on your car will come out and explain clearly what the issue is, the possible things that could be done to remedy it, and in the case of older cars like mine, whether or not it's worth fixing - or some alternative for the vehicle that's usually much cheaper. They've also given me great recommendations: I e. The pipe connected to my muffler was rusted and hanging from the bottom of my car. They referred me to a guy who does just muffler related stuff for a really good price.

I've also had to bring my car in many times for a chronic issue that sets the check engine light on. I not only appreciate that I can just bring in the car without an appointment between the hours of 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., I also appreciate that they seem to remember the issue... once again, discerning whether it's essential or something that can be left alone (for the meantime, or depending on the age of the car, etc). This is essential and so helpful,since I live on a very low income.

Lastly, a little shout out to Ben. Not only does he understand cars but he always remembers me and my car's various quirks when I come in.
