Took my 2011 Dodge Avenger to Young Guns Automotive for some repairs we had used them several times for oil changes and other small things my car was in bad shape the air didn't work very well and the catalyst converter was toast I must say Young Guns. knows there stuff my car runs like its brand new they did a awesome job and we will never go anywhere else for car repairs and I felt they were very reasonable for all the work that was done and I definitely don't fill like I got ripped off Ben the owner and his employees are great people and did a great job!! Very sneaky
I signed a paper for a estimate that cost $20. When i got in, the guy behind the counter tried to argue with me and say that the estimate was $120. I asked for my signed copy and i was right. $20. The guy did not like that and ended up only charging me $20 after i pushed back. He was very reluctant to do so and keep saying rude things under his breath. Truth be told, i would have paid the $120 as long as it went to the repairs but he was so sneaky about it that i took my vehicle and ran. Before going here, i was warned not to go to young guns but i was in a pinch and Randy’s is on vacation. My advice, don’t stop here

Incomplete repair/rude customer service
I took my car because the a/c fan did not work. Scott, at the front desk was helpful/ informative when I brought the car in. Parts were ordered and delivered from Dallas. Repair was 'completed' by the end of the day. So far, so good. When I arrived to pick up my car, Scott wanted to run my card for payment. I asked to start the car and see that the fan was working. Scott became offended and told me I was questioning his integrity. I repeated that I wanted to know the fan worked. Scott angrily went to the car and we turned on the car. The fan worked. It was set on 3 of 4 speeds. We returned to the office and I paid almost $500 for the repair. After paying, I told Scott I believed that his response to my request to know the fan worked was inappropriate. He told me that NONE OF HIS CUSTOMERS EVER ASKED TO BE SHOWN THE THE REPAIRS WERE DONE CORRECTLY AND IF I DIDN'T LIKE IT NOT TO COME BACK. When I started my car to leave, I turned the fan to 4(high). NOTHING. I returned to the office and asked why there was no high fan. Scott's reply was that it was the fan switch and was not part of the repair that I authorized.
REPAIR OF A/C FAN CANNOT POSSIBLY NOT INCLUDE REPAIRING THE SWITCH.
I will not return to Young Guns Auto Repair in Sanger TX. I will definitely steer all who ask me away from Young Guns Auto Repair in Sanger TX.
Anyone who pays for any Auto repair anywhere and does not ask to check it out before paying is making a big mistake.

I am not questioning Scott's integrity. He has none to question.
Nicole said the business has great customer service. The gentleman at front desk and, mechanic was wonderful, thoughtful and patience plus the overall experience.
Took my truck here to get oil leak fixed, they “fixed” it I had to take it back to them 3 other times for them to re work there work to try and fix the leak which they never got it fixed! Told me the work has 1 year warranty which they did not stand by. Tried charging me twice for a rear main seal fix which wasn’t fixed the first time I paid them. Horrible communication, they don’t care about there customers and they don’t know what they’re doing! All they did was mess up my truck more then it already was. Wasted my time and money, DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE!
