I was able to get an appointment very soon and had the benefit of the comfortable, clean and efficien
t shuttle service. A part I initially thought that I needed turned out to be not needed, which was a good thing, and some accessory parts were obtained at a competitive rate. Service as always is friendly and courteous, competitively priced and overall, a good deal to get.

Found the problem, fixed the problem, great price, great communication
After having two other shops unsuccessfully try to diagnose a transmission problem, I was stumped. Ha
d a recommendation to try Monkey Wrench, and they delivered. They found the problem (a bad computer), fixed it, and kept me up-to-date throughout the process. Very easy to work with, great communication and keeping me up-to-date, and they were very flexible in picking up the vehicle, as I was traveling when it was repaired. Highly recommended.
