On Spot Service for an Out-of-Towner on a Business Trip!
I traveled to Stevens Point 3/18/21 for a conference businsess trip. I had a fully loaded handi-cappe
d accessible van, (borrowed from my disabled husband), that suddenly lost its brakes as I arrived at my hotel. Fortunately, I have relatives in the area who made some calls for me, and I got a prompt call from Doug at Auto Select asking how he could help. I had a ton of work to do and no time to deal with the car, so after unloading all the boxes, I had AAA tow it to Auto Select for them to inspect. I received a prompt call the next morning letting me know what had happened and what the repairs would cost. They would be able to have it repaired before the end of the day and my family was able to pick it up and bring it back to the hotel while I worked my tradeshow. Both Doug & Jim provided wonderful service, fair pricing and gave not only me, but my husband, (who felt helpless), piece of mind! I can't express my thanks anymore than to give them the highest rating possible. Thank you so much to everyone at Auto Select who helped me last weekend.
