Excellent customer service and attention to detail.

I made an appointment to have the oil, transmission, and radiator fluids changed /serviced in our 2013 Durango. The mechanics found a few other issues going on and we had them repair these items as well, yes it was more than I anticipated, but I know they are reasonable and do excellent work. I went through and read the comments and explanations on the receipt and appreciated the details and the extra steps that were taken when the transmission filters and fluids were changed. Thank you for all your hard work and excellent customer service!

13 Rango'

Fairly decent vehicle, the SS (special services) model like mine is base (Numb) acceleration!?? However, styling, room, utility all make up some of what it lacks performance wise. R/T, Hellcat those are more performance, just know what you're looking for.

High mileage low cost

Very dependable SUV. Lots of room. Smooth on highway alghough can be bumpy around town. Love the unconnected system and hard drive. Tows well and pulls plenty of weight. 8 passengers is a plus as well.

Durango

75000 miles and no problems. Trailers pulled easily with 6 cylinders. Good hyway mileage. Slightly rough ride on bumpy roads and curbs. Love the u-connect and sound system. Loootttss of room even with my 2 big dogs in the middle seat.

Love my Durango - BUT

Love my Durango - BUT the use of plastic parts here and there especially in high heat areas seems to be much more of a cost savings initiative on behalf of the manufacturer rather than anything to do with customer satisfaction. I have paid twice now to repair something that was a plastic low quality part when another 20.00 likely would have given me no issues at all. The ride, the car appearance and performance are all worth the purchase.

2013 Dodge Durango R/T

Well designed and gets the road trip jobs done. Good on gas while providing plenty of power. Only issue is with the cooling system. Had to replace the radiator and two water pumps after only 4 years of ownership.

great accessories

Love the rear , view backup, bluetooth phone connect, heated seats, etc. Gas mileage is 16-19 mpg...not so good. Overall good vehicle.

Dodge This?

Recent convert from German Automobiles to American built Autos. So Far no regrets with my Dodge Durango Crew with 5.7 V8 Hemi. 17k miles and good as new. Minor issues on fan that the dodge team fixed immediately free of cost. Every other feature works as advertised. The configurations are as expected the best. Enough room for my dog, enough room to haul stuff from Home Depot, i can fold seats down with a flix, I can use the full length of the SUV also (front seats also fold). All in all - no regrets on the switch to American make. Two thumbs up.
