Great Truck Except for the Hybrid Battery

I love all the things about the truck except for the hybrid battery. Almost since getting it, I have been having a reoccurring issue with the hybrid battery. The truck keeps experiencing deep sleep battery issues. Not that impactful, but when it happens (which may last for weeks) I am unable to report start the truck and the interior lights do not work (at night, that stinks). The truck is great for interior size - front and back seats. The bed size is great, the Lariat options are nice.
