2010 Ford F250 Crew Cab, 6.4L Power Stroke, 4x4, XLT, Off-Road Pkg, LB.
I favor the look of the 2008-2010 Super Duty Truck, even today. I was somewhat optimistic when I purchased the 6.4L version of the Power Stroke with the challenges of the DPF required by the EPA. The original motor performance was marginal and the mileage was average, 14'ish. However, the TRUCK is a true pleasure to drive and surpassed my expectations relating to Ride, Comfort, Handling, Electronics, Fit & Finish, Hauling/Towing, and every other related aspect, 100% reliability to date, 109K and rolling on. NOW...let just say around 36K some things happened and NOW I get 17 to 19+ mpg all the time and it pulls like 500 Big Horses that provide around 850 ft.lbs of work, that's a lot of work from a little bit of hay. The raw power, sound, and durability of the 6.4L is impressive to me and everyone that experiences it. I plan to continue changing oil/filter every 5K, even though is looks new, and fuel filters every 20K (never seen any water in the fuel filters, but purge the drain every 2k'ish). Simple, its a great truck with tons of power and I expect many more years of trouble free service...
