Great Vehicle Overall but there are some Cons.

Love the style, power and available accessories. However, there are a few drawbacks. Seating room for the driver is somewhat limited. Seat doesn't go all the way back and down when turning off the ignition thus requiring manual adjustment prior to reentry. Have owned four Hyundai vehicles since 2006 (two of them were Genesis branded).

Beautiful, comfortable, sporty sedan!

This is my first Genesis car. Love the lines, the comfort, the horsepower, & the smooth ride on the inside. The dealership was new and my salesman was great with explaining the car and what it had to offer. Let me experience the car and make the decision to purchase or not!

Still new, learning all of the features, but so far I love it!

I love all of the features of my G70 and am still learning about them! The cameras around makes it so easy to maneuver, media features are great, WiFi makes it easy to work while traveling, and it is great to check on my car from my phone. As I said I am still learning all about the features!!🪽

2025 Genesis 2.5T AWD Sport Prestige

I love the car. I got it in Savile Silver with a red interior. The red interior really pops — I definitely recommend it. The car drives very smoothly and gets better mpg than expected. My one complaint is I wish it had wireless Apple CarPlay, but other than that it's fun to drive and overall I'm really happy with it.

Fun but still comfortable ride

Fast, fun to drive, and handles more like a German car. The interior finishings are of exceptional quality. It’s a gas hog, as expected, but could use a bigger gas tank to compensate. The dealership experience was also exceptional. I don’t regret switching from years of Audis.

Beautiful car let down by quality of paint on bumper. Fun to drive but would be better with manual. Comfortable while still sporty. Still waiting for wireless CarPlay update. No reliability issues in first 1000 miles. Gas mileage is as advertised.

great car that far exceeds my expectations. a little pocket rocket

great car with beautiful interior and great power. this car has paddle shifters. however, when you use them they automatically revert to the automatic transmission if not used with six seconds. there should be a true manual mode to allow for spirited driving and shifting. the car should only return to the auto transmission when you shift out of manual. please consider this in the future. you should also develop a sports line like BMW M class or audi RS.

Absolutely love driving my Genesis G70!

I leased my 2025 Genesis G70 and have already decided my next vehicle will be another Genesis. I love the interior leather design and sleek exterior body style. The 3.3T is so much fun to drive and I love that I can blow past most vehicles. It drives so smoothly and I feel what you get for the price surpasses expectations.

Lots of features, less buggy than the Germans

Still getting used to keeping it in the powerband... Needs a better birds eye view (Like Audi), put the trunk hand pocket for closing on the bottom of the trunk, not the inside wall, opening the door is a bit fussy- you have to wait a few seconds before you put your hand in to open, should have locking sensors on back door. Sport mode is a bit slappy. Making it mild hybrid would be great

Great vehicle to drive. Comfortable for long distance or short. Power when you need it. Stylish and comfortable interior with higher end leather Sporty appearance and lines that makes it comparable to those other brands at a much more reasonable price tag.

Responsive, Powerful, and Fun to Drive

Loving this car so far after two months. Very stylish and get lots of comments especially about the grill. AC is so far working well in the AZ spring heat, and the ventilated seats are appreciated. The only negatives are the tiny backseat and small trunk. Also would be nicer to have cordless Apple CarPlay.

I may have a LEMON

Car is now back at service for the 3rd time Needing to be towed each time. The car was just released on 4/10 after making adjustments/repairs. I was told the car was inspected by the engineers yet two days later, it died again while I was on the freeway. This is my second G70. Never had any issues with my 2022 but clearly something is wrong with this 2025

Amazing for the price. Needs some more to stand out.

I love the car. I have about 1800 miles on it and I look forward to driving it every day. There are pros and cons however. The biggest cons for me are the fuel economy and the pack of ambient lighting. I feel like since mostly every other vehicle in the genesis lineup has ambient lighting, the g70 should as well, especially with the packages. Now for the fuel economy. It is insane. I get projected about 300 miles of range, and I drive at an average of 17-18 mpg per fill up, but my fuel tank ends up taking me only about 200 miles. The car is in eco mode 70% if the time, which also makes driving a little restrained as I don't want to be filling up twice a week. Other than that, the car is very quick. It is beautiful outside and in. I loved the features packed in it, like the automatic steering and cooled seats. Very soft ride in any mode and probably the best handling out of any car I’ve driven.

Nice car. Good value.

Drives well. Excellent pickup. Gas cap Door requires multiple depression of the release in order to open it. Computer display screen doesn’t have a “home” icon on every screen. So, for example I have to depress the radio key so I get a screen with the home icon that then allows me to go to the Home Screen.

So far so good. Fun to drive.

So far so good. Styling is great both inside and out. The 2.5 liter turbo engine has plenty of power, the steering is tight and the car is flat in turns. Fun to drive. I've only had the car for a few months but so far there have been no issues. It's way too early to talk about long term reliability.
