The best car I have ever owned.

The Genesis G90 is the best car I have ever owned. It is strikingly beautiful, comfortable, easy to drive and surprisingly fuel efficient on my road trips. I receive many complements on my car. Friends of mine who own the competition's "S" series are amazed at the quality of the G90 and very surprised at the price. I love this car.

Love my G90, But.......

The G90 is an Amazing Value for the money. In essence a Korean S550. This car needs a full pano sunroof and the sorry excuse that I get as to why there isn't one is unacceptable. If Mercedes can do it, so can you guys. Your smaller model has it. Also the ambient lighting needs to be much brighter as opposed to it being a hint of light. Please for Christ sake add air refreshments and I will buy many more. Until then, get the engineers to work.

excellent car

Best car I ever driven. Exterior is appealing to the eye. Interior is very spacious without adding much to the overall car length. Interior is rather low key, but nicely fashioned. Entertainment system is easy to use and intuitive. Engine is quiet and responsive. Car has very solid feel and stability.

Best Luxury Car .

After a lifetime of luxury sedans and sport cars....The Genesis is the best car I have ever owned. Without Question PERIOD. Exterior styling and interior appointments are the finest in any car. The drivers seat is the most intelligent seat, it addresses every need my body has to be comfortable.

Don’t lease!

I absolutely love my G90! I have absolutely no complaints about it at all. It is such a great luxury sedan for the money. The only complaint I have is the Genesis leasing, I traded this vehicle in for a newer G90 and I received daily calls from collection asking when I was going to make a payment. Every time I explained I had traded the car for another one and to please pay it off! It ran 27 days late and almost caused my credit report to get dinged. I will never lease another car from Genesis ~ the people just didn’t care nor tried to help me.

Average looking but not worth the money

We purchased this vehicle through a dealer in Saint Pete and the whole thing was a disaster. The sales person knew absolutely nothing about this car but was a high-pressure sales men and my husband fell for it. We were never given proper instructions on how to use the way too many features this vehicle has. Once the sale was completed they totally dropped the ball and we were forced to do business with Gettel of Lakewood Ranch. They also knew not much about this vehicle and were very unhelpful and instructing us how to use these way too many features. Their sales manager was rude. Their service people knew nothing and told us what do you expect from a car that’s made in Korea. This is on an almost $70,000 vehicle that we were now stuck with. Luckily we discovered Gettel of Sarasota. They are a very professional group and have been nothing but pleasant to deal with and extremely helpful and trying to navigate the systems on this vehicle. It’s a nice looking car but poorly designed. It would be an appropriate vehicle if you had a chauffeur because the backseat is huge and useless and the trunk is tiny. Way too many things on this car to go wrong. The navigation system has never worked properly and there’s nothing that can be done about that. I would definitely not purchase one of these vehicles again.

Genesis G90 = Satisfied

The Genesis G90 is a superior vehicle in its class. Every bell and whistle I searched for in a Cadillac, BMW or Mercedes was available in the G90. The rear seating is unmatched in comfort and control. There is little left to enhance in the luxury Ultimate version of the G90. Android Auto and Blu-ray upgrade are the only things I can think of for potential enhancement.

Very Satisfied

Great car, especially considering the price point. I have received many compliments on the looks of the car. I love the car. It is a joy to drive and the comfort is the best I have ever experienced. I own a Mercedes and a Lexus. I love those cars too and the Genesis is right up there with them.

The perfect blend of interior and exterior styling with an attractive price point. Pleasure to drive around town and on long trips. The entertainment and navigation system are top notch but Apple Car Play is missing in the G90. Quality in every aspect in the G90 is a plus!

Great Car

Best car I have owned. It is extremely comfortable for both long and short trips. Great pickup, it’s a pleasure to be able to merge safely again. The dealers come get the car and leave a loner for all service. The only downside is the buying experience. The dealerships do not live up to the luxury car experience. On the other hand maybe that’s the trade off for getting a better price.

Genesis G90

Overall I am very satisfied. I have had a couple of problems (O-ring failure causing overheating, radio failure) but they were addressed. The nav system constantly avoids tollways even though I have that setting off. And the shifter pops into Neutral unless you hold it in Drive until you're moving forward.

G90, Exceptional value, stunning beauty

I've owned for 2 years so far. Waiting the trade on a 2021 G90 when this lease is up. This vehicle is absolutely beautiful! I have not had any service. Scheduled maintenance is easy to use. In my career as an Architectual Opening Consultant, I have been buying and selling for decades, so I understand value and this car is a value without comparision in this segment.

Best car I’ve ever had.

IIHS Safety+. High performance, very comfortable in all driving situations. High class dealer experience, including service. That’s all I have to say. I’m not interested in writing a 250 character essay. That’s a silly requirement. Still 19 characters to go. There. I did it.

More Auto for the Money!

Before buying my G90, I did months of research on all of the other luxury brands. In my opinion, you will not find another automobile of this class that offers as much without paying thousands more. The ride, the comfort, the amenities that this auto provides is way beyond my expectations. I am so spoiled by this vehicle that driving anything else seems like a terrible downgrade. Given the level of comfort, ride and style of this fine automobile, I am so pleased with buying this G90.

Auto Exceeds expectations, buying experience was HORRID

When leasing the vehicle, the only thing the dealer and the Genesis representative cared about was the money. Did not care at all whether I was satisfied or not. The salesman and I both signed a preliminary purchase agreement prior the final paperwork being done. thank goodness I kept it because the agreement was changed when final documents were presented. All signing done on a tablet. No paperwork until I requested a paper copy.

Genesis review

My Genesis G90 has been a trouble free vehicle that constantly gets favorable comments about it's good looks. Inside, the controls are easy to see and work. I would like for the drivers seat to retract all the way back upon shutoff, but it doesn't. I have to remember to hit the forward memory button every time I exit or enter the car, and I'm only 6' tall......

Great Comfort

Our Genesis 90 is not only a beautiful car but so smooth on the road and comfortable inside. This is the first vehicle we have leased and are looking forward to seeing what they can possibly improve on the 2020, or 2021. Looking forward to even more comfort.

Car Good Deceptive Sales Process

Comments are about the sales process. The salesman, Keith Linton, was knowledgeable, demonstrated the car and overall helpful. The new car sales manager, David Jones, was deceptive about an add on charge that was not part of the initial negotiations. I later learned it was for a three year warranty which was already included with the car purchase. Honest and open negotiations are expected but lying and deceitful actions should not be exhibited by a luxury class car seller. People who can afford a Genesis are not the same class that would buy a lower priced Hyundai and will not accept the same type of treatment. The cost of the extra warranty was $495 which is mostly profit to the dealership. My comments to friends about the deceptive sales tactics may cost the dealership and Genesis more than the additional profit generated. The location of the dealership is in the southwest part of Louisville and the moneyed end of town is on the east side where I live. Distance from my home to the dealership is 17 miles and would be greater for many who could afford a Genesis. I understand there are two Louisville dealers who are competing for the dealership. I initially visited the one within three miles of my home. I called ahead and talked with the female sales manager. She said a G90 was there but when I arrived and talked with a nice young man he could not find the car. The owner of the dealership had driven the car home. I subsequently went back, learned the dealership owner had bought the car and a rude salesman tried to sell a used car. For Genesis to be elevated to the level of other luxury car manufacturers it needs to significantly raise it's standards for dealerships and sales people. I am impressed by the car but not by the dealerships and sales experience.

We had our previous car 15 years and wanted to replace it with something similar, but more up to date. The Genesis G90 met all our criteria and has not disappointed us in any way. We love driving the car both short distances and for long trips as well.
