Not up to expectations!
My Genesis was HIGHLY Rated by every reviewer; but unsatisfactory voice interface, multiple mobile phone connectivity, inconsistent Nav screen, and poor fuel mileage damaged that reputation. When I found a flat tire on my way to a meeting, my wife had to resolve the problem, which made her talk with AAA unsuccessfully without a spare. She finally had to wait for AAA to tow it to the dealership to replace the damaged tire with a "sawsall" blade impeded in it. This is all weather, all terrain, SUV! I can't imaging it having NOTHING for a physical spare. What if we were in the middle of the Blue Ridge Mountains far away from any Genesis dealership! We've owned 26 Mercedes over the past 52 years, and EVERY ONE had at lease a "donut" for a spare. ONLY my Porsche's have had nothing for a spare tire. To add insult to injury, the best Trade In Offer we've been able to generate is $20,000 less than our purchase price!
