I had excellent customer service and prompt turnaround on my vehicle service. I will continue to get service on my vehicle here. my service advisor go above and beyond to make sure my vehicle is taken care of, and I am very satisfied. My vehicle was well taken care of.

Best looking SUV on the road

Best looking suv for the money. I constantly have Audi , bmws , and Mercedes customers telling me how good my genesis looks. I think consumers are starting to see that value is as important historical relevance. Genesis is showing the world that good products at a good price equals value . Don’t overpay

Bought new March 2023

The vehicle itself is great. I have enjoyed driving it. Most features work well with some minor drawbacks. Customer service at the Route 1 South Brunswick, NJ dealership is not great but after calling their corporate hot line my issues were addressed. Overall happy with the drive of the car.

Great Automobile

The car is exceptionally well made and fun to drive. The ride is excellent and road noise is minimal. It has so many features it will take us awhile to figure them all out. We highly recommend the Genesis GV80. We will see how it holds up over time, but initial impression is excellent.

Excellent vehicle

Buy one for yourself and see why. The only thing about the vehicle is the navigation system that constantly searches and can’t pick up a good signal all the time. It works sometimes and then it doesn’t. Overall excellent vehicle great safety rating. I would recommend for a small family.

Overall satisfied

Overall, I am satisfied with the vehicle. But there are some connection issues With the navigation and The weather that I would like to be resolved. Also some trunk issues that I would like to be resolved. I get a lot of compliments on my car but I wish it did not use so much gas on my day today travels.

The GV80 is a great vehicle. I fell in love immediately after doing some research and a test drive. The dealership was extemely helpful and very nice. They did a great explaination of all the features and kept me posted on the delivery. I would recommend this car to anyone who wants a SUV.

My 2023 GV80

Through the years I have owned or leased every luxury vehicle there is. This is by far the most enjoyable and best looking car out there. There is however one major issue, you have to wait 4-6 weeks for a service appointment. No other luxury brand has this issue. To add insult to injury, I called a Genesis dealership a few miles from my office and due to the fact I did not purchase the car there they would not give me an appointment. That is unacceptable. (Genesis of the South Shore, Bayshore, NY) Terrible customer service. I am now driving around with a broken horn and can't get it repaired, this is a true safety issue (but I still love the car)

I love everything about this car. However when you have to wait 4-6 weeks for a service appointment that is not acceptable. There is a dealership right near where I work, although not where I purchased the vehicle and they refused to give me an appointment. That's not good customer service.

Sleek Luxurious vehicle that packs a punch

My GV80 is absolutely the most beautiful car I've owned. It is very luxurious inside. This car can move, great get up and go, power and control. Gas mileage leaves something to be desired. Sticker says it gets 19 in town, but I get a max of 15-16. The control panel and screen for radio, a/c etc. is beautiful and fun to use with the dial control, however, there's no easy way for the passenger to control the radio without having to reach and the controls are a little difficult to get the hang of coming from a hyundai. The vented seats do not blow as much air as I'd like. But overall, I do love my car. I get a lot of compliments and it makes me feel good driving in it.

Would love to have a v8 engine on it a regular spare tire better quality floor mats and don’t allow the dealership to make you paid over price what I had to pay to get the vehicle also sell you some warranties, like window tint key replacement, ananananananan.

My Genesis Experience

The vehicle is great. Get a lot of compliments on it. Was wondering if you have black rims for it. Vehicle is fun to drive and has a smooth ride. Feels good just getting in it and taking a drive around town and to receive compliments about it or being asked what it is makes it feel like it is a unique vehicle.

Awesome Vehicle

Great car. The performance is awesome. The vehicle is very comfortable. It looks great. Holds up to two boys running around to soccer. It needs a bigger gas tank needs automated always on high beams overall great vehicle I would buy it again. and I would recommend it to others.
