Great vehicle that holds well on the road! I love there is not a blind spot on the vehicle. Excellent design both interior and exterior. I can tell a lot of thought went into the production of this vehicle. I love my GV80! Need more leg room for taller people I wish the ride was as smooth as my Lexus was.

One of the top cars manufactured today

This new Gv80 was the forth Genesis I have owned. Based on my previous experience, I did not consider another brand. The design and exceptional value of a Genesis makes this product a real standout. I understand why Genesis gets high marks and ratings automotive reviewers.

Excellent execution on a luxury SUV

Features, fit, finish and performance makes this 2023 GV80 one not just fun to drive but an experience in comfort. Genesis hit nearly all the marks in this one. Extensive customization options mean you can dial in all your preferences. Fuel economy could be better and iPhone digital key still not enabled.

Overall the car is a pleasure, however there are faults with the connectivity options. Very old school ways for updating the navigation system…very difficult to do. Using cables to access Apple CarPlay or Android CarPlay does not make sense..pain to have cables hanging

2023 GV80 Blk/Blk 20

We chose this over the BMW X5, well she actually chose it, in the end she has no intentions of taking this car to the race track, the ride is superb, the handling controlled, and there is nothing in the option department to want for, matter fact many of the standards are options from both BMW and Mercedes and lets not forget the much longer warranty.

My GV80 3.5T

Everything about buying this car has been awesome. From the dealership to my sales person, Francis Caltreux, to the service department and actual delivery. I couldn't recommend this dealership more. My vehicle came with concierge service, which is absolutely amazing. The dealership picks up my car when I'm in town and leaves me with another GV80 so that I'm not stranded and can go about my business. Like I said, absolutely amazing!

First time buyer and happy

It’s a great vehicle and comfortable for long distance drives which was the primary reason to purchase. Our issues are not related to performance at all cosmetic and convenience mainly. The locks and the water issue on the trunk are biggest concerns. The ease of using apple car play and toggling the various screens in something that engineers should make better in the future.

Stunningly beautiful and comfortable. A great cruiser. Love so many of the features. Heads up display is awesome. Feels a little heavy and gas mileage is terrible with an under powered sound system. The infotainment display is amazing but can be difficult to reach when driving.

I love this vehicle. It is gorgeous and drives very well but within 1 month of driving it, Genesis connected service stopped working all of sudden. I have contacted dealer, took it to service department, and called genesis several times, but this matter is not resolved.

Comfortable Performance

Great vehicle. Looked at Genesis only because Lexus was not available. For the price you cannot beat the Genesis. Had all the features (and some better) than Lexus. Only downside is no Hybrid and gas milage is a bit low (I am avg about 20 mpg). Only complaint on comfort is the seats are a bit firm. But other than that fun to drive. And the 3.5T is pretty spirited for a luxury mid-size SUV.

Outstanding Ride

My new GV80 is hands down the nicest most comfortable car i have ever owned. I was looking to replace my Ford Explorer and looked at Audi, mercedes, and BMW. For the value, style comfort and features Genesis hands down won in every category.. We are now looking at G60 electric for my wife to replace here mini cooper

So far so good!

Incredibly happy with our purchase. Vehicle is comfortable and luxurious, far exceeded our expectations. Would definitely recommend others to purchase as well. We spent weeks looking at multiple other vehicles, but ultimately decided on the GV80. Again, very happy so far!

My GV80

I love my GV80. When I first saw someone driving one I loved the vehicle and kept throwing hints at my husband that I would love to get one never thinking that someday that I would. After doing some research, we went to the local Genesis dealership and I test drove the GV80. I loved the vehicle but they didn’t have the color I wanted. I did more research and found it in North Orlando, FL. We drove up there and made the purchase.

Great Car

I purchased this vehicle as a Christmas gift for my adult daughter. The quality and safety of the vehicle was extremely important to me for her. Everything appears to be as advertised. I'm sure there will be some things that will have to be addressed, there always are with any new vehicle. However, everything has been great so far. The dealership and sales representative were great to deal with.

Very happy with this car. We took a long time looking at other vehicle and did not make a quick decision. We have no regrets on this purchase, we love driving it and feel that we made the right choice. Mercedes, Volvo, Cadillac, held our attention until we got in and drove this car.

Poor Dealer Training

The GV80 overall is impressive but the dealership is not informed about the car features, delivered the car poorly prepped and did not show me how to use all the features. This dealership should not be selling luxury vehicles and needs some serious training. They also need a professional delivery area like Audi has.
