Good overall car, durable and reliable.

This is my second Elantra. I have been satisfied with the car for its reliability and excellent gas mileage. It is definitely a durable car, nothing flashy and very good features for the price. One small issue is replacing a few items early on that have been different than my prior Elantra. I have had a cracked windshield and a cracked front headlight lamp which has been a bit of a drag because I don't remember a significant event when they were damaged.

My new car

I'm very happy and satisfied with the car that I chose Hyundai Elantra has not given me any problems as of yet drives well and very good on gas t's practical economical and in my opinion classy I like it very much.

I enjoy this vehicle very much and I will keep on driving it for the for seeable future. I will maintain this vehicle regularly and do any maintenance that is needed in the future. I have enjoyed driving this vehicle for over 2 years.

Great car looks good performed exceptionally good I've had four and plan to get another one soon. This is one of the best cars I have driven in the past six years the warranty is outstanding there's a problem they take care of it maybe lucky like me you only see the dealer for regular maintenance.

Great for the Price

I bought a 2018 Elantra SE in 2017 thinking I didn't need the bells and whistles of the previous car. After over 2 of driving it I realised I really liked the car and especially the gas mileage, (I consistently hit 54 mpg on the freeway at 55 mph and never below 42 mpg at 75 mph and checked it manually for comparison with the onboard computer which was pretty accurate) and would keep it a long time if I had the features I missed from the previous car. I missed my sunroof terribly but didn't want to get rid of the 2018 Elantra body style and especially the Mineral Beige Pearl paint, so I traded it for a 2018 Value Edition with much lower mileage and, you guessed it, in Mineral Beige Pearl. So far never a bit of trouble with either one and I have my sunroof again along with a lot of other conveniences. I'm 6'2" and have decent headroom with the sunroof. On a 12 hour drive my bum got sore but my back was fine:-) and mine does not have adjustable lumbar support. Overall it's a great vehicle especially for the price.

awesome car

i bought this 2018 Elantra to replace my 2013 Elantra which was rear ended and sadly totaled. was completed satisified with the old, so it wasnt a question of what to replace it with. since then i've bought another Elantra 2019. Totally satisfied with all 3 Elantra's.

It's a great little car with fantastic gas mileage, very responsive in all weather conditions and an easy drive. Good cargo space for a smaller car!!

I have been driving this car for 2 years and am very pleased with the mileage, ease of handling even in bad weather, and cargo space. We have taken long driving trips with two dogs and I was really happy with how much we packed into the car!

Nice vehicle, smooth riding for the most part, could use more cabin space up front though, but overall I am pleased with the vehicle. Would like more comfortable up front because I'm short and have to turn quite a bit to get something out of center console.

Second Hyundai, better than the first.

Turbo with Dct transmission belies this as a economy car. Does none of that 4 cylinder droning and performance is astounding. High end sports and luxury cars feature this trans and it brings efficiency with it. My daughter drives European makes and we switch out every once in a while and she always remarks at the performance of this car.

My Hyundai experience

I would have given a 5 star review but due the limited ability to raise the driver and front passenger seats higher for short people of 5’4” and shorter. I didn’t realize at the time of test driving prior to purchase that the seats didn’t rise higher but if I did I don’t think I would’ve purchased the vehicle for this specific reason. I went from the feel of height of a truck and an expedition to a smaller vehicle for gas economy and price but I want to feel the height of my seats as if I was in a truck or an expedition as a short person.

very reliable and fun to drive

my 2018 elantra is a cost efficient and reliable vehicle to drive. fuel economy is great. handling is tight and precise. when in sport mode it has a little pep and shifting is on point. i would definitely by another one. maybe upgrade to a sonata for a little more horsepower. hyundai has came along way in styling and reliable vehicles. the warranty is hands down the best out there.

Great car so far!

I bought the 2018 Elantra because it looked much better than its counterparts with other brands. Hyundai’s warranty and performance lately with their engine has been great as well. Overall after 30K miles I’m very happy so far. The features and discounts on pricing definitely wouldn’t have been possible with anyone else so I’m happy with my purchase the car still looks and drives great

Worst experience ever. Car was bought new and has had multiple problems. Made multiple attempts to contact the dealership and they will not help. Took to another Hyundai dealer and they claimed to fix the problem only for it to break down again a week later.

Value for money

Value for money vehicle but needs to improve overall quality of interior, exterior and all body parts as well as shock absorbers. If this basic changes company will take care then this car will become unbeatable and no other brand car will even reach at theirs level and this car becomes high saleable in the market.

The vehicle performs well the ride is a little hard but it handles on the curves which is important The car gets great Mileage It has sufficient power to get you out of trouble if you need to Still averages about 40 miles to the gallon

2020 Hyundai Kona SEL

The Kona is a very comfortable Crossover, I love the look of the car. I was lucky to find the color I wanted. I have always purchased Elantras and the reason I went to the Kona is because I did not want a big SUV, but I wanted something that had similar advantages to a SUV but smaller. I have no regrets!
