Great car, sporty, and fast

I love my genesis coupe. It treats me good no problems at all. Great car overall. I’ll look at the buy another one another bottle with the more horsepower motor but I’m happy with this one. It’s faster for me.

2011 Genesis Coupe

I bought my car new off the lot with only 10 miles on it and that was the miles I put on it during test drive. I love this car and am sad to see they aren't making this model anymore. Just recently I had a major problem with it. She has 94K on her and turns 10 soon. Hyundai honored their warranty by replacing my motor so she is up and running again. Always happy with the performance of this car. I will drive her till she won't drive anymore.

If you have a car like my genesis you should be Confident that you can get help here at alternative car care. Ray is great solving your problems. I have only had this car for a few years I brought it used with a few problems and they have solved all of them.

Too many non-mechanical issues

I like the way this car handles, not many sport cars left on the market. I haven't had any engine issues, it only has 67K miles. But too many costly,unnecessary repairs such as: window wouldn't go up, door latch and handle, gas cap release and several others. Physical malfunctions leave me disappointed.

Genesis Coupe

Purchased my car in 2012 with under 9,000 miles. I now have approximately, 68,500 miles and still love my car. I love the comfort, style and reliability. I am disappointed that this make has been discontinued.

Fun car

My last two cars were Corvettes. With this car (3.8 Track): the handling is almost as good, the brakes are as good, the ride is better, the power is adequate, and everyone says that it looks great. The only problem in the eight years of ownership was a leaking power steering hose. I'm 84 years old, and have owned dozens of cars including several Mercedes and Porches. This one is as foolproof as a Lexus.

2011 Genesis Coupe

90,000 miles - after the clutch failed at 30,000, I went to Hyundai CA - they replaced it, tho out of warranty. Runs and handles well. First and Reverse are too close together on the 6 speed mantran. Driver side remote lock broke at 40K; $600 to fix - ridiculous. I have a key. It's big - I like small; I'd like an electric sport coupe - none in the market except Tesla which costs way too much.

I wish they still made the Genesis Coupe. It’s a great handling car and deliver a great driving experience .It has all the options that a driver loves and it’s a great looking car and the interior is great looking . Would recommend it to everyone.

It's a fun car to drive with good acceleration. It maneuvers easily, and it looks great. The sound system is great.Gas mileage in the city is more than decent for a sporty car. It does get other people's attention.

Better

Better gas Mileage, less rattling of the engine and a better timing chain. Ac makes the car rattle as well. Back seat ppl struggle to be in the back, especially if they are tall. Suspension needs to be modify.

great car

We have owned this car since 2013. It had 18k on the odometer. We now have 79k on the car and it has given us absolutely no problems. Other than regular maintenance, we have only replaced the battery just this month. Still have plenty of meat on the brakes too. We have driven from California to Florida and the ride was comfortable. Even got 28mpg and its the 3.8L engine.

Best car I’ve ever owned

Seriously the best car I’ve ever had. Only warranty repair ever needed was the transmission because it would grind 5th. Haven’t had any issues whatsoever since! It even still has the original headlight bulbs. I will literally keep this car forever. GENESIS FTW!

Love It

Out of all my cars I have owned, this has been one of my favorites. I bought this car used with low mileage. I have only had one problem that was not under warranty. It drives great, looks brand new although it is seven years old.

I had my Hyundai for approximately six years. Very Pleased with the car's performance, look, comfort and durability. We had two service issues that needed to be addressed. The car was still under warranty and the repairs were done in a timely manner.
