Likely won’t own a Kona again

Bad air filtration and ventilation on this vehicle. I had to fill the gas tank every few days too. Otherwise everyone else is doing just fine. Price wise it is a good buy. Lots room and space for road trips.

Affordable car with excellent safety features

Car is perfect size for getting around & has excellent safety features. AWD is a must in my area too. Price is affordable. It does feel "thin" based on the amount of exterior sound vs my Subaru. Brake lights are a little smaller than I feel would be ideal.

Everyone at the dealership was very helpful and considerate

Love the car, the way it rides, drives and all of the features it has are easily accessible. Love the safety features like the backup camera, the warnings when vehicles are getting too close, passing, and even lets me know when the vehicle in front of me has started moving. Comfortable and roomy.

Stylish

“Smart “ features are unrealistic to actual road conditions ie: annoying alerts when driving requires swervin to avoid poor road conditions, debris in road, double turn lanes alerting when blinker on that a vehicle is there, alerts that lead vehicle is leaving, but really not.. just inching at red lights. Manufacturers are designing features for drivers who are distracted and need to be told how to drive , (marketing as safety features)

Great handling, nimble and comfortable ride.

The handling of the EV Kona is very smooth and steady. The car is nimble. It has great pick up. The seats are very comfortable and the leg room is roomy. This is a great car for driving around town. The car can be plugged in at night to recharge. Recharging at night is very convenient. I really love this car!

Easy to drive and great range for EV

The Kona Electric is a easy to drive and affordable EV option for those looking into purchasing an EV hatchback. The range is great for a compact SUV. The only drawback is the width of the trunk space. The trunk space is unable to fit a golf bag sideways and may be inconvenient for those who will need to continuously fold down the backseat. Other than that the Kona Electric is a fun car to drive.

Great vehichle, great warranty

I love this car! But better yet, hyundai has great warranties & the specific dealership I worked with has provided many additional services. My only issue is that, because it's a crossover, it has much less space than an SUV which takes some getting used to!

The kona is small, not for large individuals. You get what you pay for. Leased for 2nd time. Limited colors to choose from. Very light weight, if windy outdoors the car sways and is a concern for sure.

The non-assuming EV joy ride!

Comfortable, great handling, and stylish. More than reasonable cargo space for its size, and does well both in the city and on the highway. Safety features are standard and comparable to any other vehicle, EV or not. The interior is comfortable and well thought out with more room than you think. My tall family of four fit comfortably for both road trips and grocery runs. Overall this is a solid and enjoyable EV!

High hopes for this vehicle but safety measures trigger erroneously and I have taken it to the shop multiple times for the same issue which is not resolved. The vehicle is great in all other ways- but these errors make it un driveable

cabin interior is extremely tight and if 2 people, you're practically rubbing shoulders. Only small children can use back seat. Had a number of dash/screen issues...lights increase and decrease, assist on drivers mirror comes on even when no one else is on the highway. Small glitches.

Battery problems within the first 200 miles of driving.

My car has been in for a battery replacement for 3 weeks after I had owned it for 2 weeks. Still don't have my new car back and am having to pay for gas which I haven't done in over 4 years as I only drive electric cars. Also They skimped on a few features which was disappointing.

Best little car ever!

We love this little car that handles well and looks great with super gas mileage. This is a perfect city car, but also comfortable on a long trip. Great price and trade in. Hyundai dealer also did not try and pressure us into anything--very honest, treated us like family.

My Kona

This is a great vechicle.It drives smooth.I would highly recommend it to all. The Kona is good on gas. Also it has four wheel drive that will help with the bad weather. This vechicle brakes are great. The only disadvantage that I see is the trunk space is small, other than that it is a good investment.
