Obsessed

It runs great. I don’t like the smallness of the trunk, could never put a bike in the back. But I love it, great brakes, beautiful car, overall. Great gas mileage and cool features. I named my car Khloé, the Kona.

The customer service at the Sunrise/Roseville location is a wonderful experience every time! Joseph, Thomas, Patrick, and Damian went above & beyond to find me the vehicle and color that I wanted. My new Kona is the best vehicle I have ever owned, I fell in love with it when I first saw it and that feeling hasn't changed. I want to drive it all the time and show it off to everyone. Great safety features and comfortable ride.

lots of potential

the range of the EV is really comfortable for normal use, The interior is good, but with some limitations. Acceleration is outstanding, Finishing touches are a bit rough. documentation does not match my model in some areas.

Cost Effective EV automobile

Great car for the price and ease of EV purchase was efficient by the dealership; however, personal financing was not accepted. Availability of EV cars is lacking with supply chain issues and demand. Vehicle is stylish and matches with other products offered by Hyundai.

I Love My Hyundai Kona

I love the size and the appearance as well as the ease of driving it. The gas mileage is great and so far, it is in good shape. I am under 5 feet tall and the Kona is perfect. It is easy to get in an out of as well as to park. I am happy with my purchase.

Love it

I bought new 2023 Kona and it’s good value car if you are looking for a compact SUV. Gas mileage is not bad. Seating size is larger compared to other compact SUV. I really love the design too. Would definitely recommend this car to others.

Very efficient, perfect size and affordable

This car is perfect for me to drive to work; perfect size for a driver of one and really good on the fuel efficiency. The dealer that helped me though this experience was extremely nice and helpful and really allowed me to be able to afford my dream car.

2023 Kona

Wanted a compact SUV, I am not a big car driver and the Kona fit my needs. Good on gasoline, nice style, roomy. Would have liked a better car trunk mat and the cargo net it comes with makes no sense on installing.

Great driving experience

The Kona I got was a pretty basic package without all the bells and whistles and honestly, even without all of that it is still a pretty great car. It smoothly accelerates, the brakes have a good timing response and the driving assist features are a great addition. The display system is easy to navigate and I like that there is a place to put your phone and charge it (that isnt in the cupholders). Overall, it's a good car, especially if it's your first one.

My experience was smooth and professional.

I went with the intention of buying a Tuscon, but I love the look of the Kona much better. Fuel economy is great. It's the perfect size for me. I don't need much room for hauling. So glad I purchased it.

Tustin Dealership worst customer service after purchase

small rear window has spidered during heat wave for no apparent reason other than defect. There are no puncture marks, dings or any marks to indicate it was tampered with. Dealer claims not their responsibility. Car has a total of 59 miles on it and for this to happen is ridiculous.

This is my first car and I have had a good experience so far. I gave not had any issues or concerns. Car is easy to drive and the technology is easy to figure out. Has enough space to put the things you need in the back seat or trunk area.

This car was an amazing deal for the price. It has everything you could want in a car and is also great on gas. Looks nice and drives amazing. More spacious than it looks and even passengers in the back are comfortable. Love it!

Lots of features, but cheap interior plastics

We really enjoy all of the features that Hyundai offers in its vehicles. The engine is peppy and the Kona is easy to manuever. However, the use of hard plastics in the interior, especially for the door arm rests, are a drawback. Before purchasing, make sure to take a test drive and notice where your elbows rest. That hard plastic on the door arm rest is quite uncomfortable. For $25k, a little padding should be there.
