Good car for the money, but....
Overall I am happy with the car. Good price, good features, very comfortable. However, when you spend a lot of money for a new car, you don't expect it to break down within a couple of months. And if it does, it should be able to be repaired quickly. I felt communication with the dealership/repair department was lacking. I was told it would take a month to be fixed but not why. This was very frustrating, having driven the car only 200 miles at that point. I only found out when I went to finally pick it up that delay was because there were no parts available due to it being new. If I had been told that at the beginning, instead of having my phone calls unanswered (making me think something fishy was going on), I would have understood. Communication is key to the customer experience.
